Inside-n-Out Hand Car Wash

Consumer came in and we hand washed the vehicle There appeared to be some residue left on the windshield As a courtesy, I asked our staff to wax it However, it did not come off I directed the consumer to [redacted] If the say we damaged it, we will pay for it [redacted] stated it was not a factory defect and that it looked like overspray from paint or something But they were unsure of what it was It know it is not from washing with soap and water The consumer indicated they would check with their insurance company and that was our last contact I will not consider windshield replacement I did not damage the windshield Otherwise there would be many other cars with the same problem

I am rejecting this response because:The car wash is responsible for the damage to my windsheildIt was not like that before*** stated that there have been no recalls on my windshieldThe car wash said in their last comment that *** told them it could have been from paint oversprayThis is not what *** or the other window place told meThey both said that if it was not like that before going into the car wash then it was obviously something the carwash didAnother windshield place told me it was most likely from the carwash using too much acetone or an improperly concentrated cleanerI have driven around for hours after workGotten off early on multiple occasionsWent everywhere the car wash asked me to goAnd it is clear that this was caused by themAlso in their last comment the car wash said that I was supposed to contact my insuranceHe never once said that to me before and why would I contact my insurance when it is something they clearly didThere were also multiple other customers the same day that had the same problemThe receptionist at the car wash told me thisI expect the car wash to own up to what they did and make things right

We have a sign which states we don't cover after market stuff.  The vehicle went through and we were unable to get it off like she wanted.  She was able to remove it.  Again, we don't cover after market stuff.  The consumer called and spoke with Jay for @ 30 minutes.  Jay...

told her we do not cover after market stuff.  The consumer has called several times.  She is stating that she will ruin us.  She called again last night.  We are offering a free car wash.

Great customer service. They also do a great hand wash in town. Looking forward to returning to see them again.
