Thank you for the opportunity to address this complaint. Our customer's explanation of the timeline of the project is accurate, and this does represent the inexcusable delay in the actual production of the equipment compared to the promised lead time originally quoted. These delays are
partially a result of the custom nature of the equipment, however the large part of delay is simply due to our bottleneck and backlog in production that we were unable to keep up production with our orders throughout the year. We appreciate the acknowledgement that we have been providing more tangible updates and documenting the progress recently. We are now in the final stages of production and do expect to complete the order shortly. We will deliver on this order, and we will stand behind our product. Thank you,*** ***Vice President
