A shelf that was installed in my shed came down I called Rick Nouveau the owner of the company times by phone and times via email with NO RESPONSE directly from himHis receptionist said he would call but he NEVER DIDThen I called him about sending me a copy of the bill for a portion of the flooring in the shed because I learned I could be reimbursed by my HOA I called, I emailed and also had a friend, who often employs him to do work for him, to contact him as well, and he did NOT EVEN RESPOND to himUNFORTUNATELY I PD HIM CASH (about $***+-) and since he sent me a bill via email, after the jobs were completed I deleted the email with no understanding of the Breakdown of the different jobs he did for me Ottom line he NEVER CALLED BACK WITH ANY REQUEST
