This company forces clients to use their CC as a stored payment for each purchase. This means that if you purchase multiple products, your CC is Stored multiple times. They refuse to address the issue and given their Revdex.com rating of F, they should not even be in business.
they do not disclose their accounting practices until you are a client.
Avoid this company like the plague. It is not run by professionals!!!!!

Inside Real Estate Response • Sep 17, 2020

Inside Real Estate does not currently utilize relationship billing for existing customers who purchase add-on services. What this means is that each add-on purchase is considered a new account in our billing system. We do this because not all of our customers want to use the same payment method for each of the services they purchase as well as for additional security around new purchases. While the payment method may be stored each time in relation to the product purchased, it is secure and PCI compliant.

I opted to upgrade my website and lead generation services with this company that did not work at all as advertised. The services I purchased are, team website ($399 per month) and google ppc ($500 per month). Before I was allowed to "upgrade" I had to agree to a 3 month commitment. Upon upgrading I began experiencing major issues with both items I listed above. The website did not have the functionality as advertised, had google error codes 404, 504 meaning zero traffic/website visitors and no viability on the very search engine I was paying to be seen on! How can it be promised to connect me with customers on google at a premium of $500 per month for their google ad and $399 per month website upgrade but received zero visitors? I did bring this issue to their attention many times only to be told it was fixed. This company is still refusing to give me a refund! I received a whopping 43 leads over 3 months for $1,500 dollars and of those 43 leads most unsubscribed as soon as they came in. How is this legal to force a 3 month contract then not provide a service promised or a refund? I have way to many issues to continue naming them all and they know they did wrong but do not care and remind me of the 3 month obligation.

This company charges numerous credit cards at the same time for the same service and then eventually refunds. Even when you cancel their service they still charge your credit card in full. They state they will send you a cheque in the mail for the refund, but the issue is they don't send it in the funds that were billed and it causes charges (CDN vs US). Awful service, promise things that don't exist and also cause marketing issues that they state they are supposed to be good at.

I looked into your account and this issue and saw that you had some billing issues due to us transitioning to a new billing system. I looked a little deeper and saw that we discounted your service to offset any charges from the refund. For the most part, our clients enjoy our services and we are constantly working to improve our offering, but every once in a while, we have a client where we are just not on the same wavelength and I am sorry if that has happened here. As far as this charge after you canceled, there was an internal error and we are willing to refund you in any way you would like. I will reach out to you directly to get this resolved.

They are billing for another month when I have cancelled my account.

Pursuant to our conversation yesterday and the emails initiated on 3/2/19 and 3/4/19 attached hereto, I again state I cancel the contract with Kunversion due to misrepresentations with regard to the amount of work, time and effort required on my part. In phone conferences with Marty I was led to believe it would be "a little work" and that after the site was being created that all I would have to do is have a conference with Ana to check what I initially input and then a "go live" meeting to launch the site and then I could start to do squeeze pages and blogs (which is all I committed to want to do). The meeting with Ana was painless. However, the "go live" meeting with Scott was less than pleasant. He talked very quickly and "at me" not "to me" as a coach would and rarely let me interrupt him with questions which I had many. So I entered into a 12 month agreement without even seeing the product until that very moment Scott allowed me to view his screen. Upon viewing the site, I was immediately disappointed that my picture was very small, the size of a postage stamp, and my head was cut off (this is the picture I have used in ALL of my in-line and print marketing without issue) and my name did not appear with my picture. Additionally, the logo was the very small postage stamp. The logos I provided also are from Re/Max marketing and have used them without issue. I was told by Scott that I HAD TO then email support to get the problem corrected which I did. Please see attached and the problem has never been corrected (see attached screen shot from today) even though your support team emailed me twice it had been corrected (see attached). Marty also represented that all I had to do to import contacts from other CRM's I had in place was to email a csv sheet to support which I did. The response of your support team was that I HAD TO take several other steps to get this completed. Not what I was led to believe. When I questioned Scott about the importation of my contacts he stated that Kunversion has people to do that for me but for a fee. I was never advised that there were a la cart services I would have to pay for to customize my site.
I request that you take down the site as it is incorrect and not what I was led to believe how myself and my brokerage would be represented and seen by thousands of people. I realize that there was set-up work performed by Kunversion on my behalf and you have been paid for that service. However, I have not been provided with services and product I was led to believe and I am unhappy with what was provided. Let's not even get into the issues with adding my lender partner.
Please confirm the contract is cancelled and the site taken down. Thank you.

In August 2018 I met the sales manager for Inside Real Estate and he told me about his companies real estate lead generation website and was told that it was great and I looked at

the site and at that time it looked pretty interesting.
Dave.. the sales manager told me that I would really like it and that it would generate 50/60 qualified buyer and seller leads per month. I did sign up for the service and within the first 2 days I looked at the website as it was a bunch crap and I immediately told Dave I hated it and wanted to get it canceled. Dave told me to hold on for a little while as it would really get better and he said just spend more money on advertising!!
I told Dave from the beginning that all I wanted was a website that would continue to send me the leads automatically, Dave assured me this would happen and I believed him for a short time and that was a terrible mistake on part.
I have spent about $5,000.00 on this peice of crap website and Inside Real Estate with no return on my money I have complained to Dave and his partner Jeremy many times and they do nothing but tell me basically that I am screwed as I am under a contract.
Dave at one point sent me an email saying that because I am not a good fit for their business website platform that he would cancel my contract but that has never happened. I have been sold a bill of goods from a bunch Scammers, the absolute worst bunch of jerks. A Total waste of my money and a ripoff !!!!!

I requested to cancel our subscription to Inside Real Estate and also receive a refund for January. When I called, I was told that I merely needed to write in to cancel my subscription. Then I was told I had to get on someone's calendar to that handles cancellations. After he finally called me, he told me the VP would be giving me a call. That didn't happen. I called him again, and he gave me the direct line to the VP who was getting on a plane and said he would call me back. That didn't happen.

First of all, I was told I could cancel within the first 6 months. I am in month number 4. Well within my cancellation limits.

Here is a list of the reasons for the cancellation & what prompted me to request refund.

1) I was told I could downgrade my subscription at any time based on the number of active agents I have. Five or less would be a smaller fee of $599 per month. I downgraded in December, and have still been charged $999.
2) I cancelled the additional marketing feature of $250 in December. There have been no postings on Facebook from Kunversion since November. I am still being charged $250. Additionally, the ONLY post Kunversion would make is an article "How Much is Your House Worth in the Current Market"...nothing else
3) The system is not working. The dashboard is not user friendly and the app has a plethora of bugs. There is no level of customer service or solutions from tech support when my agents call in to try and resolve issues. They are told to keep trying, and they are working on it. There is never a resolution.
4) Nothing is consistent. For instance, they are told to make phone calls through the phone app, and the app will log their progress, & it doesn't. Other agents are told to only make notes within the system & their calls and progress will be logged.
5) During live transfer, the calls either drop or the agents get a recording saying the person they are trying to reach is unavailable
6) The leads are duplicated amongst the agents
7) And even more disturbing is these are not serious leads. There is no verification process going on as I was led to believe. There is no verification that the phone numbers or email addresses of the clients are accurate, and more than one occasion, the lead tells my agents they were just "messing around on the internet that day". They are not serious, qualified leads as I was told.

After speaking with Jeremy S, he confirmed that the leads are not qualified, only verified that the number is a real number. Meaning they can give anyone's number or address & be verified as a lead. The ratings that they give are only for show. To show that they are a landline or cell phone. And he said most of the leads are going to be people just looking, unlike Zillow, where the leads are real, qualified leads. Those were his words.

I feel this is a scam, and a completely misrepresented system. No one has netted any results or serious leads from this system. It is a drain financially. Kunversion does not live up the the expectations that were set based on the hype I was sold.

We had a contract with IRE for webhosting and CRM services that ended in June of this year. We did not renew the contract as we were looking for a new provider due to poor customer service and mediocre website visuals. On September 27th, we notified IRE to discontinue services at which time their representative, Jeremy S, informed us that he could not stop billing us until the last billing cycle in January of 2019 even though our contract had expired. Naturally, we protested and warned him not to continue billing. Unfortunately, IRE has continued to charge our credit card. We contacted the credit card company and they told us there is nothing they can do because there is a pre-authorization on file for the service to IRE.

sorry this has been frustrating for you. As Jeremy explained, the original Inside Real Estate contract that you signed was in December, you then signed a swap contract for Kunversion in July. All contracts have an auto-renew clause with a 30-day cancellation notice, meaning you need to cancel your service at least 30 days before the contract expires and your new contract renewal date is July 1st. Your most recent renewal was on last July, so your current contract is valid until July 1st, 2019, when it is scheduled to renew. When you spoke to Jeremy, he explained this to you and said that he would let you out of your contract on January 1st, six months early. You should have copies of both contracts but if you need copies we will send them to you.

Complaint: ***

I am rejecting this response because: It's a lie. We never signed a new contract.

Sincerely

I have emailed a copy of the signed swap agreement to Fran since that is the person who A. signed the agreement, and B. is the owner of the account. You will see that the swap agreement was signed by her on 6/12/17 and she agreed tot he terms and conditions. Terms and conditions can be found at https://insiderealestate.com/terms/ and clearly states a renewal clause in section 7.1. Thank you.

I have been with this company for months now and they have yet to follow through with any type of leads that they claim they are able to do. They have completely failed at performance on their end. I have tried emailing multiple people and have received no response. This company is a complete sham and should not be in business.

Inside Real Estate Response • Sep 05, 2018

sorry you had difficulty getting in contact with the right person. My records show that you spoke with Jeremy S from our quality department and he let you out of the remainder of your agreement since you thought you were purchasing a custom website and you agreed to withdraw any complaints. I am assuming that you spoke with Jeremy after having already placed this complaint and would kindly ask you to remove it. If you have any further questions feel free to email me directly atbh***@insiderealestate.com. Thanks.

Revdex.com:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

Sincerely

Company is unable to prove that they actually generated leads for me.
For 2 I wanted to purchase real estate seller leads, instead they provided home valuation attempt, which are not always sellers. Often people are just curious about their home value so they use the feature.
I put the feature in my social media campaigns myself, so I already receive home valuation attempts. Inside Real Estate made it sound like I'm buying actual SELLER leads, not home valuation attempts, which I already receive through my own efforts. Because they charge so much money $200 per month and the fact they are unable to tell me how many leads they actually provided for me that atte actual sellers, I'm asking for a refund 50% so $200 is fine.

A company that over promises and doesn't deliver at all. Leads can be fickle, but as far as our website and getting everything situated we just kept being informed we needed to upgrade plans regardless of what was promised to us during the sign up phase. They will sell you hard and they deliver a *** product. Their CRM has a terrible UI and the software package isn't great. Overall, avoid this company and check out other options. Huge fan of Commissions, INC who we left for this after this experience. Avoid this company if you want actual results and customer service the same day.
