Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 5, 2015/08/11) */ The person filing this complaint was never an employee of my businessShe Is a consignor and Past friend My husband and I allowed her to move in with is for awhile for free room and board in exchange for her helping me out at the storeI also agreed to give her $merchandise credit per week in addition to Staying with us free of chargeDuring her time she helped at the store I allowed her to take merchandise from my store and charge them until she had sales coming from her monthly sales I have attached her monthly sales amount and charges for your reviewThis shows her sales for the month and a 50% consignment payment due her( $319.50) It also shows her charges on the merchandise I allowed her to take for the month which is $ I have her credit for filling of our preferred customer cards which gave her $off her balance due the store and $work credit for he weeks she helped out in the store As you can see she actually owes my store $ I have attached a copy of my consignment agreement which states that I pay our consignors the 15th thru the end of the month I will be able to check her sales for July after the 15th of August as I do for all consignors hiowever she has charges for the month that will go against her sales in the excess of $ I will be happy to mail the difference to her after the 15th of this month minus the $she owes our store for June In response to her stating that I am making comments about her on Facebook the opposite is trueI have attached copies of her recent Facebok post slandering me personally and my business She can have someone pick up the remainder of her consignment items at any time she prefers

also agreed to give her $100 merchandise credit per week in addition to Staying with us free of charge. During her time she helped at the store I allowed her to take merchandise from my store and charge them until she had sales coming from her monthly sales.
I have attached her monthly sales amount and charges for your review. This shows her sales for the month and a 50% consignment payment due her. ( $319.50)
It also shows her charges on the merchandise I allowed her to take for the month which is $583.50
I have her credit for filling 5 of our preferred customer cards which gave her $50 off her balance due the store and $200 work credit for he 2 weeks she helped out in the store.
As you can see she actually owes my store $14.
I have attached a copy of my consignment agreement which states that I pay our consignors the 15th thru the end of the month.
I will be able to check her sales for July after the 15th of August as I do for all consignors hiowever she has charges for the month that will go against her sales in the excess of $250.
I will be happy to mail the difference to her after the 15th of this month minus the $14 she owes our store for June.
