My apologies. The $50.00 credit was issued to the mastercard you provided this morning

The card it was applied to is the sane card we used to book it. A gift card. I am beyond irate. You specifically said you watched them refund it to the "MasterCard" I provided. But somehow it landed on a visa gift card. I would appreciate my money being refunded. I certainly will never use this company again. This is absolutely terrible and unorganized customer service & managment!!!!

This was the card I sent. This is the card number you recieved. This is ridiculous! I'm not understanding how something so small can get messed up over and over and over!!!!

I do not feel that given everything we've been dealt from your company, $50 is proper compensation for our inconvienance.
I also do not feel that a level if seriousness has been taken regarding the manager telling us to let someone else drive the car, going against a signed contract.
Alamo would be far from impressed to know this is the type of information being given to its customers.

The accounting department thought they had put the credit back to your card and wheasterar received your email I had them check and they had not processed the credit. I then personally watched as the credit was applied to the Mastercard you supplied.

So did accounting make the mistake of not releasing the money? Or fully putting through the refund

I am the operations manager at Undercover Tourist. I am also one of the managing partners in the company. I do not have a manager above me.

Hi [redacted],
If you remember our previous conversation, a $50 refund was going to be issued to our account. Upon reviewing our statement, its been 8 days and the $50 still has not been deposited on your behalf.
Your attention to this matter is greatly appreciated.
