. We bought a vehicle a month ago they had the vehicle inspected and when I tried to get it inspected in WV it failed. All the tires had wires sticking out on the inside part of the tires so we didn't catch it. Then control arm for the rear tires was so badly bent That it was nearly broke and an alignment was useless. I asked them many times if they would do anything. No reply. So I texted them today and said I hope I hear something tomorrow or I'll go to the state and let them know there passing vehicle inspections. Their reply was go ahead and let them know how that turns out for me. While we were talking to the salesman during the decision to purchase he made the comment that the people they use to repair and inspect the vehicles owes them a lot of favors due to him installing a large air conditioning unit at the garage that does the repairs insuating that they do a good job in making sure the vehicles are in great condition. I now believe that the inspection station passes the vehicles no matter the safety issues and are willing to hide the problems.

I purchased a vehicle from insiders auto o manassas and this has been the worst buy I ever had. First thing when I called them and spoke to a lady inquiring about the vehicle I stated to her I had $9000 cash and I wanted the vehicle. The lady was very nice ut me on hold went to her manager and came back to to phone and insured me that they can do that deal. I explained to her that I would be there on Sunday morning when they open and i'm coming almost 4 hours away. She assured me again that the deal is good and they will be waiting on me. Saturday night I called to reassure them that I was serious and will be there in the morning and again she assured me the deal was great. I arrived Sunday morning with my ride whom was dropping me off and this time I talked to Jimmy and he said he knew I was coming. We looked at the vehicle and I let them now I loved the vehicle and was ready to do the paperwork. Now mind you they knew I had $9000 cash and that was it. He came back with paperwork but the price was about $12,000 and I asked him what was this I told yall I had $9000 cash and yall said the deal was good. He went back into a room with a guy and came back with a price of $10,700 and said that's the lowest they could go. Please remember I got a ride 4 hours to come and purchase the vehicle and this vehicle was going to be me ride home and I only had the money that they agreed they would sale the vehicle for. We went about this for about a hour until the person that gave me a ride loaned me $1700 so I could just get the vehicle and get home because they were going to DC home. After they rudely took my money and gave me the keys once I got home I read the bill of sale to find out they charged me $995 for other goods/services that was never discussed and they didnt add the sales tax for DMV but added the Title Registration Lien Fee. I went to DMV to get tags and my title and DMV told me I couldn't because they have no record the vehicle is mine. I called Jimmy about the title and tags and he transferred me back to the lady I talked to from the start and she had no clue what I was talking about. But after looking further into it she came back and said I had to pay $410 for my tags through them and she would mail them this mean I have paid this company $11,110.This company has overcharged me almost $1800 because I will take in that state title tax has to be paid. Please somebody help me? How do I go about to get my money and report this company for fraudulent charges they charge?

I am rejecting this response because: the complaint is not resolved, no offer was made, the 1900.00 spent on repairs I would like that money to go to my toward my payments a month. I have purchased used vehicles before and I never went thru this with a car. Insiders and the loan people are not trying to resolve anything.

Insiders Auto is willing to relook into the check engine light that popped up on [redacted]. She did purchase the vehicle as is, but Insiders is willing to look into the matter to helpher in any way we can.RegardsInsiders Auto Sales

Good morning, I just received a final email from Revdex.com that the case was closed and that it was posted as “answered” but not satisfactory.  Just this weekend, I did receive a partial (agreed upon) payment from this business which would change my response to resolved satisfactory.  Is there a way to update the case now or is it too late.  I certainly want to be fair to the business who responded (albeit with a huge delay). Thank you. [redacted]

Sorry to hear about the issue, our warranty states 30 days or 1000 miles which every occurs first.  If you had issues within the 30 days of the vehicle purchase, we would have recommended getting in touch with us to help resolve the issue.Thank youDebbie C[redacted]Comptroller
