Review: vehicle loan was cancelled and finance company sent my money to the dealership for them to give to me and dealership pocketed it along with my $1500 down payment on vehicleDesired Settlement: MY $495 DOLLAR PAYMENT RETURNED AS IS OWED TO ME

Review: Was told by [redacted] that I could come there with letter of employment to get approved for vehicle financing, after I specifically to her that I didn't want to go out there if they could not take my letter then I rather know prior to driving out there so I didn't have my time wasted or there's so she said that after speaking to her manager that she would need at least 1 pay stub prior to me coming and she would Call me in a week to remind me of that pay stub...about 30 minutes later she calls me back to say I have good news, she got me approved after talking to her manager [redacted], that she just needed me to have that letter and she could get me into a car that day...so we agreed to coming at 445pm,which I was there at 400pm and I dealt with there sellmen and there finance manager For about 2 1/2 hrs to be told that the letter of employment would not work and I would need a pay stub to get a car... I was pissed because I told them([redacted] and [redacted] knew; from what [redacted] says), that was all I had prior to me coming out there plus I explained to [redacted] that I didn't not want to drive out there if they couldn't work with what I had...and [redacted] said that [redacted]( general manager) said I could with that informatikn ...I then asked the sales guy that was working with me and he refused to let me speak to [redacted](general manager + the guy who told [redacted] for me to come out there)...this was a waste of my time and my money (gas)..I had no other reason to drive 40 minutes out of my way in traffic for this plus they have a sign saying "guaranteed financing"...Desired Settlement: Reimburse my gas money for wasting my time and false information/advertisement... So it looks like I spent about 2 hrs there just waiting for my approval from what the sales man said....plus the 1hr and 10 min to get there and back to fill out an application which I was under the impression of just supplying them with job information and going off there lot with new car...just a waste of my time...I will be calling the frederal trade commission on them as well if they don't reimburse me for my gas and my 3 hrs in there store as well as the atterney general if I can

Review: We went 6/28 to purchase a 2006 Honda Odyssey Touring advertised as in great shape We test drove the vehicle with the sales rep and he only allowed us to go around the block at the max speed of 35 mph. The sales rep as well as the 2 mangers raved about the mini van about how great it would be for our family. We took it home that evening once we got on 66 it started acting up and smelled like burning transmission fluid. We took the van back to Insiders 6/29 Saturday and the sent it to the shop they informed us they did not find anything wrong and no leaks (no transmission fluid was in the car for it to leak when they checked, it had all leaked out) They serviced the transmission and sent us on our way home. Sunday 6/30 the van was leaking tranmission fluid all over the garage floor, we called and spoke with [redacted] 7/1 he told us to bring it back and they would take care of it. We took the vehicle back to the dealer Friday 7/5 were reassured that it was being sent to there shop and they would take care of the problem. Contacted dealership ([redacted]) Tuesday 7/6 He said the shop had not had a chance to get to it yet but they would and my fan would be fixed and ready Wednesday. We never heard anything Wednesday so I called Thursday no one would return my phone calls at the dealership so we called the shop it was at, they informed us they were not fixing the van and it would be at the dealership for pickup. A rep from the dealership called within 30 minutes after us talking to the shop to in form me my van was fixed and ready for pickup. When I informed him what the repair shop said he had to find out and give me a call back. The manager of the dealership still has not returned the 2 messages I had left him earlier that day. Another rep called me back and informed me to come get my van they were not fixing it even though [redacted] promised me that they would, I asked t speak with [redacted] and the rep said [redacted] was fired an hour ago and the manager was gone for the evening. So I now have a van that has a leak in the transmission, was sold to me like that the dealership sent me and my 4 kids home in. No matter what [redacted] was a rep of the business at the time he promised to fix my vehicle, the business is still responsible to that.Desired Settlement: I want the vehicle repaired

Review: On march 1st 2014 I was approve for an auto loan and purchased a 2006 [redacted] the same day I drove the car home the engine light came on I contacted the dealership and let them know the car had been through inspection and I was told it was the catylic converter that's why It didn't pass so the dealership sent me to their shop to fix the problem two days later after leaving the shop the light came back on it was sent to a different shop and I ended up paying for the repairs also the temporary tags expired and they wouldn't give me another set so my car is sitting with no tags while I pay insurance and loan billsDesired Settlement: I'm seeking to with drawl the loan also I would like my down payment back 1,500 the cost of the repairs I paid for 450.00 the money the loan company has already received 600.00 also the insurance that I paid 500.00 and I will return the vehicle to the dealership

Review: I purchased a 2001 [redacted] suv over a year and half ago. I have been calling continually as I never received the title to the vehicle I purchased. I live in another state and cannot request a title myself. Every time I call I have asked to speak to a manager and I have never once received a return phone call from a manager. I have spoken to the title clerk that works in the evenings and expressed that I did not receive the title and I was sent new temp registration rags as well as copies of the title but I need the original title in order to transfer it to my state. I have expressed that I need the original title and have only received rude and nasty comments back from the title clerk. I was even told it would cost over $200 to get a new title which I know is not true as a duplicate title can be requested any time for $22 in my state. I have tried again to reach a manager to no avail. In contacting the Revdex.com this is my last attempt before I file for a civil suit in order to obtain the title.Desired Settlement: I would like to receive the original title so I can transfer the title and register the car in my state so that I can operate the vehicle.

Review: Salesman failed to mention ach debit for payment for financing. Salesman lied about waaranty being a condition of financing and without it the loan may be denied. Sales man said that a major defect which were severly worn and cut leather seats would be fixed within a week from purchase with a promised loaner car that never happened. Vehicle has many defects that could not haveclegally passed inspection including non function windows, non functioning wiper blade in rear and a radio thats not 100% working. Sales team played games as if they knew nothing and when I spoke to managers they said that it was between myself and the salesman, [redacted].Also there was incorrect information on the contract about money down which wasnt what I paid. They used this to "approve" the loan. Which was not the amount at all.Desired Settlement: I no longer want the vehicle or service. Want to return for a refund as I tried to do within 7 days. The management said we dont take returns and walked away

Review: On July 1,2014 I went into Insiders Auto on Mathis Av in [redacted] VA because I was interested in trading in my vehicle for a new one. The car dealer sold me a 2007 [redacted] hybrid with 122,000 miles for $11,995.00 and they gave me a trade in value for my car of $ 2000.00 which was fine.

The sales representative advised me that I needed to leave $1600.00 down as a deposit on the 2007 [redacted] but I did not need to pay everything at once. The sales representative told me that the dealership could do a payment plan with me which I would only have to pay $200.00 to take the car off the lot and $215.00 would be automatically debited from my checking account every Friday starting July 4,2014 and an agreement was signed detailing this.

I drove off of the lot with the 2007 [redacted] on July 1, 2014 and I was told before I left that if the bank contacted me not to tell them that was making payments, I was told to tell them that I paid the entire $ 1,600.00 upfront (to me this was very dishonest).

From July 2,2014 - July 25,2014 I did not hear anything from the bank or Insiders Auto so I thought everything was complete.

On July 25th I contacted by Insiders Auto to see if the bank was going to call me and they advised me that they need to come to pick up the car from my job to update the GPS system, the representative at Insiders Auto stated that if they did not come and get the Car today then the bank would not approve the loan.

I had no idea at this time that my loan was not approved however, I let them come and pick up the car because I did not want any issues with the loan company. At that time I contacted a Family member of mines because something did not seem right with this deal. When my cousin arrived she was told that the car was across the street and to ask for Jimmy.

When Jimmy arrived to the lot, Jimmy stated that the loan was not approved so they were giving me back my car that I used as a trade in and it was like the deal never happened.

I don't understand how this place can do the following:

1: Let someone drive off the lot with a car and they are not approved for by a loan

2: Allow a customer to keep the car for 24 days without any communication and the loan was not approved.

3: Reposses a car under false pretenses and not disclose all accurate information to the customer.

4:Take a total of 4 payments from a customer totaling $ 846.00.

5: Not having the customer sign proper documentation stating that the car was returned back to the dealership and the automatic payment to the dealership would be stopped ( as of now they are still debiting money out of my account).

6:Posting the 2007 [redacted] back on the companies website on 7/26/2014 (which was the next day after them taking the vehicle) for Sale when I still have documentation stating that this car belongs to me.

7: Leaving the Customer stranded without a vehicle at work and being told that they were bringing the car back when they had no intentions on returning the car.Desired Settlement: I would like my money refunded back to me since the Jimmy the manager stated that they were treating this deal as though it never happened.

I did not sign and documentation stating that the company had the right to keep my money if they were not going to get the loan approved.

I made the following payments:

July 1,2014 $ 200.00

July 4,2014 $ 215.00

July 11, 2014 $ 215.00

July 18, 2014 $ 216.00

Total: $846.66 should be refunded back to me immediatly

Review: I gave insiders Auto a check for $1,000.00 for a down payment for a van 6/28/2013. We signed an agreement that they would hold the check until 7/10/2013. They deposited the check 6/29/2013 which made the check hit my account 7/3/2013. The check was returned NSF and I was charged fees for that check along with another check that was going through my account. I contacted Insiders and they apoligized saying someone riped the stapled note off the check and deposited it when they were not suppose to and they would write a letter to my bank explaining the mistake so I could get the money back for the fees I was charged. I made the check good and took cask to them 7/9/2013 received a recipt and was told the check was being shredded. 7/10/2013 They sent the check back through my bank, I notified Insiders and they stated the bank kept the check and sent it back through. 7/16/2013 They sent the check through my account [redacted]. I have now accumulated $266.00 in fees and they still continue to deposit the check. I' ve contacted them 3 times today only to be sent to a extension that does not work. I have to leave work early today to go to my bank today to get the stuff taken care of. This has been the worst experience I have EVERY had with any kind of business. They refuse to call anyone back or pick up the phone.Desired Settlement: I want my check back, them to STOP depositing the check, and the money I am out of for the fees

Review: Purchased a 2006 [redacted] May 2014. After a few days, the egine light came on and the vehicle bagan to shake uncontrollable and make loud noises. I contacted the company and they suggested I get the vehicle looked. I took it to a mechanic and there was a list of repairs that requiured immediate action. I repaired what I could at the moment, but once I drove it from the mechanics lot, it bbeganed shaking again and the egine light was on. I took the vehicle for it's second vehicle inspection and it failed due to rust on the floor front. Also, the sesnors in the truck were bad. the vehicle was warranted as unsafe to drive. I tried to get this fix under the warranty that I paid for through the dealership and it didn't cover it. I went to the dealership at that time and requested to speak with the manager. He was too busy to speak with me and had to rush to a Dr. appointment. He called Debbie and asked her to process me for an additional 30 days so that I can fix the vehicle. Dealership is very unprofessional. Hung up on me multiple times. . I just wanted to give the vehicle back. Very dissappointed at their actions.Desired Settlement: I want to return vehicle and be compensated for what I put in the vehicle and bills(2 vehicle inspections, dignostic, repairs, tow bill)

Review: I purchased my 2011 [redacted] from Insiders in Feb 2014. A few days after purchasing it the tire pressure light came on and I took it back to them, and the dealer who sold it to me said that he would have a mechanic look at it. He drove it off the lot (to the "mechanic") came back and said that there was nothing wrong, it was just cold weather. I left and about 2 weeks later the car was making a whirling noise, almost like the wheels were going to come off. I took it back to him and told him about the problem, again he said he would take it to the "mechanic" and have him look at it. He did that and came back with there is nothing wrong, I'm hearing things. I didn't agree but since he said the mechanic had looked at it, I left. It continued to make the noise so I took it the following day to a family friend that is a mechanic and he looked the car over. Turns out there was a bubble on the inside of the right tire that could be causing the noise and the tire could have blown at any moment (I am a single mother and I drive 45 minutes to work one way -- that is NOT okay) I took it back to him immediately and pointed this problem out --- suddenly the mechanic had seen that but forgot to say something, so they replaced that tire. I left, thinking they had fixed the problem. It is still making the noise (now it has accelerated into a whirling/squealing noise -- the whirling is constant when I drive and the squealing when I break) and the tire pressure light is on. I spoke with them and they informed me that it was a "one time courtesy" for him to fix the tire and that they are not required to assist me any further, if I believe there is a problem I will have to call the warranty company (which doesn't cover tires) or pay out of pocket. They said that because I have "hard plates" its past the first 30 days in which I bought it -- if they had fixed the problem in the first place it would not be past 30 days. This started almost immediately.

I understand that I bought a used car. However, they sold me a car with bad tires and a problem and they are not willing to fix it or at least follow through with having it looked at. I am paying far too much money for this car for this to continually be a problem.Desired Settlement: I really just want them to correct the issue that should have been fixed the first time. I would like the car to be looked at by a mechanic of my choice, since the mechanic that supposedly looked at it could not find the problem twice but when I pointed it out it he had suddenly seen it. I would like them to cover (cost wise) whatever it needs to correct what is wrong with it regarding the tire/squealing issue.

Review: I purchased a 2005 [redacted] from the before named company. I purchased the limit warranty that covered the car for 30 days or 1000 miles. I have just made it to my 30 and just a little over my 1000 miles when the car breaks down. I was located in GA when the incident occurred. I called the car company immediately and they stated there was nothing they could do. I had went over the 1000 miles. They [redacted] dealer I took it to said the car was a lemon and should have not been sold in that condition. He stated that parts were put on incorrectly. I have an estimate for 7742, to have this vehicle transmission replaced. I asked for the company to at least have it towed back to the area. I have been verbally attacked not only by the car company but also the finance company. They keep saying that I bought an as is vehicle and should have known better. The fact of the matter is that when you buy a vehicle you would like to feel as though they are selling you a quality vehicle and just looking to make a buck.Desired Settlement: I would like them to either get my vehicle fixed or to replace it with something along those same lines.

Review: I went to purchase a car at the dealership. I was verbally told and emailed confirmation that I was approved and would only be required to put a certain dollar amount down! After a miss communication the first day I was told to come back the second day and everything would be honored. When I went back the second day they guy had all new information and told me that it was the way it was and the deal had changed! When I told him I was not going to buy the car because of false advertisement and fake promise he got up from the table call me "black B"( female dog) ! I then asked for there corporate number one of the guys sitting there said he was corporate number and there was nothingI could do but leave. I feel it was very disrespectful and not good coustomer service at all! I just feel like they should honor there terms and show better costumer service!Desired Settlement: Apologize for horrible costumer service! And in future honor there terms!
