IF I DID MY HOMEWORK AND LOOKED UP THEIR REVIEWS I WOULD NOT HAVE PURCHASED THE PRINTER FROM THEM
NEW PRINTER CAME IN DEFECTIVE IN OCTOBER 2019, JUST GOT MY PARTIAL REFUND JANUARY 11 2020. IS THIS FOR REAL????????????

I purchased a Tripp Lite UPS from Insight and had it shipped to me by FedEx. During shipment FedEx damaged the item. It was not delivered to me. Insight contacted FedEx and had the UPS returned to them. Insight told me to return to their website and order a replacement UPS, but when I went to their website the price had increased over $200. When I talked to Insight, they stated the item I purchased was through special pricing from Tripp Lite and they would not honor that price on a replacement. Insight also refuses to refund my money until their claim with FedEx is resolved. Meanwhile, I have no merchandise and I am out my money.
To Whom It May Concern: Insight Direct USA, Inc. is in receipt of Complaint ID: *** Insight strives to be the trusted IT advisor for its customers, clients and partners; however, the issue here stemmed from the designated shipping provider, FedEx, experiencing issues with delivering the item at issue to the customer. Nevertheless, as an act of customer service and to make the customer whole for the damage done by FedEx’s shipment, Insight issued a full credit to the customer on March 23, 2018 (see attached). Thus, as requested by the Complaint, Insight had already processed a full credit to the customer in response to the customer’s dissatisfaction with the product’s shipment by FedEx. This should resolve this matter, but please let me know if you have further questions or concerns. Best
Probably one of the worst offenders of cold calling/spam calling I've come across. As an IT manager I receive daily cold calls from companies trying to earn our business. I understand it is a competitive environment and sales is difficult. I give salesman the benefit of the doubt. However, Insight calls incessantly even after requesting they stop. Sometimes the company calls up to 3 times a day and never leaves a voicemail. I receive anywhere from 5 - 10 calls a week from insight. There is no way I would ever consider buying from a company that has to resort to these kinds of sales and marketing techniques.
