Employee (Sarah) made threatening accusations she was calling on behalf of the "Federal government" who "was taking action" against the recipient
On Thursday, August 18th @ HST 10:am Sarah indicated that she was calling on behalf of the Federal Government who was about to take action on an individual who is not at the phone numberWhen I tried to correct her and state that the Federal Government does not act through third party, she went into a tirade and eventually hung upThis seems like a fishing/scam business that is threatening people about the U.SInternal Revenue Services
I was for many years a senior partner at a large law firm specializing in business transactions A a former partner of a major accounting firm, now a sole practitioner, has prepared my taxes and rendered tax planning advice I identify myself so as to give some context to my review Unforeseen events resulted in my being unable to pay a large amount of federal tax for year And thereafter I had a lien placed on my home by the IRS My tax preparer gave me essentially no advice I had a number of solicitations and chose Insight Financial SolutionsI figured correctly that this was a unique area of expertise and this firm had it
I was amazed at the expertise, focus, and assistance provided by Insight They are able to access the correct IRS personnelAnd know the lay of the land I hesitated in giving a blanket power of attorney But this accommodation is the way to go They clearly will not do anything without the client s authorization
The achieved a result I was entitled to but would not have otherwise obtained I recommend this firm unreservedly

I received a voicemail from this company (321) 837-with the following message: "Hello we are calling today regarding a personal tax matter please call us back at (321) 837-3609." I have never had a business or other relationship with this company and I do not owe any taxes nor do I have a "personal tax matter", I tried sending them a note through their website, however, it said undeliverable to "***", so I believe this company is an IRS tax scammer and has been reported as such to TIGTA.gov (Treasury Inspector General for Tax Administration) I want my number erased from their database and if they "sold" my telephone number to any other scammers, I will trace back to this company and take appropriate action
This company has repeatedly harassed my wife at work in regards to our tax situationI called them to get them to stop and a super rude jerk was evasive and very difficult and then hung up on me
It is the kind of ambulance chasing mentality that gives a lot of the tax consultants a really bad reputation
We are working now with a company that is COMPLETELY different and if you need tax help I would avoid these guys
We have been using Insight for years now They have helped us with our IRS problems, and were able to get the amount the IRS said we owed down We can finally see the light thanks to Insight! They have stayed on top of our issues, and we can not imagine going through all this without them We had tried to use another service before finding Insight, and it was a mess Thanks Insight for all the wonderful work you guys have done for us Customer service is Great! Hopefully after we finish with the IRS, we won't have any more issues, but if we do, we will absolutely use Insight again
I paid for there promised services and when it was denied they want to charge me another fee to proceed
I don't paid grand to have fees taken off my taxes and they said and promised with me paying these fees I was gonna have resultsI dropped another company that was cheaper to do the same deal and it got deniedI get another email after I talked to the representative working on my case on the phone and she said they would appeal the case with nothing about any fees or anythingI the received a email about a week later asking for an additional grand to file the paper work for an appealI feel I have been taken advantage of by this company and it would continue if I allowed them to
Fantastic Tax accounting firm that can handle difficult challenges with your taxes especially if you late in paying your bill I was so impressed by the entire team and I just got a random phone call from them selling their services I had wanted to switch from the firm I was using and had no idea I would get so much better service when I switched to Insight I need negotiating power with the iRS and thats exactly what Insight did for me I know pay them monthly do to all my book keeping for my production company I am thrilled with INsight care and intelligence in solving problems
