I am responding to the complaint #*** filed by Mr***.Our training course registrations have been Non-Refundable for yearsThis policy is posted on our website where registrations take place: ***This
policy is also stated at the time of registration in person at our facility,or over the phone by our sales representatives, and is also re-stated in the email confirmation sent to every customer, including the confirmation sent to Mr*** the same day as his registration Sept 6, 2016.Our courses SELL OUT weeks, months and up to a FULL YEAR in advance of the confirmed registration datesRegistration for our courses is the same as purchasing a seat for an airline ticket.Our Satisfaction Guarantee Policy is that we will only issue a refund after the course is completed, and only if we did not deliver the service as promisedMr*** will need to take the course to make that determination.If my business did not have a policy in place regarding our registrations, I'd be running 1/full classes as students would decide not to show for a multitude of reasonsOur policy does allow for re-schedules with hours notice and Mr*** is welcome to reschedule.Af for your policy stating not to personally identify the customer, then you do not have my legal permission to identify my Business Name or the name of my sales representative listed in his complaint in any public posting That seems very one sided on the part of the Revdex.com!I have attached a copy of the email confirmation sent to Mr*** following his registration.You may call me directly if you have any additional questions or if I can add any additional clarification as to our policy.Sincerely, Sherrie S*** *** *** *** ***
