I spoke with the customer and straightened everything out with them The issue was due to miscommunication during an acquisition, the owner that sold the business to us did not communicate the appropriate information on the payments made by the customer I assured the customer that their balance would be zeroed out and they would not owe anything I apologized for the inconvenience and the customer seemed happy with the end resultPlease let me know if you need additional information and where this will go from hereThanks for your time [redacted] ***
