We have sent an email and subsequently a replacement check to Mr*** that was returned back to us? We have issued another check and sent this to Mr*** on 10/20/? The stop payment on the checks were issued that was followed up with an email to all members that were
effected? It looks like mr *** got effected adversely? If he can please send us proof that he got charged by his bank we will take it under advisement

We have mailed the check to the customer? He has admitted to the fact he has not checked his mail because he does not live at the address he provided us? Prior to seeing the check he has continued to communicate with us to the point we consider his comments to be harassment? We have issued a check to the customer and consider the matter closed

Please open this complaint.I was required to send proof to the business that they charged me $12. I sent proof, they are replying:"We did keep not send you a bad check. We stopped the payment on the check we sent to you."This was already covered in the complaint. They never notified me and I cashed a bad check. I have not received the supposed check nor the $12 refund.Regards,
