It was a normal day, I was at home working on some cleaning. My door bell rings and here comes insight pest solutions sales representative. At a first thought I was not wanting pest control but when he starting talking about how many pest can be avoided, I was then attracted to it. Later after talking for a little bit and giving me the best deal he possibly could, the next day comes around and the tech is at my door step. First he introduced me and gave me some insight on the company, see what I did there? After showing me a video on how they control the pests he walked around with me and told me facts about pest control and how their company does all the termination. The tech was great and really nice. I told him about my problems, and he patiently listened and worked with. Top of that he went out of his way to make sure the whole house and the yard was attested too. Love it! Great Service and keep it up.

Our technician, [redacted] S., was super friendly and informative. He was actually a few minutes earlier than our appointment time which was great. I hate waiting around for technicians who are usually late. He talked to my kids and even tried to make friends with our temperental dog, hahaha. I am happy we chose Insight. So far our experience has been amazing.

My first expirience with the company was very professional. Technician was prompt, friendly and helpful. If I had cash on me, I would have tipped him myself. Great overall experience! Highly recommended!

Signed up after door-to-door consolation. Both the sales rep and the technician, [redacted]. were professional and customer service-oriented. Service cost is approx. the same as previous provided, but more services were offered as a part of the standard package. So far, so good. If this level of service continues, will certainly recommend - rating is based on experience to date.
