Quarterly Pest Solutions Review
We are always very satisfied with the good and efficient work that Mike Hurst does on our property. He always does a very thorough job of covering all of the areas and also taking on any new pest problems we have. He is not only a terrific worker but also has a very nice personality and takes time to greet us and ask how we're doing, etc. We enjoy this service very much and the quality of work we receive every three months.

Dear Whom It May Concern,

I had an extremely rude sales person come to my door after 8:30PM last night, we said we weren't interested but he refused to leave for over 30minutes. Ultimately we were pressured into signing a contract that we were told we would not be held to if we felt it would at all endanger our dog who has severe environmental and plant allergies without any penalty. The sales person refused to let us see or read the contract, he only opened boxes in which he said to sign. The contract says that we have 72hrs to contact them and withdraw services but the company is refusing to answer e-mails and calls, they also are not providing the information on what is in the product. The salesperson refused to answer any questions we have, simply telling us you don't know your neighbours although he could only name possibly a max of 1 person. No one should be doing door to door sales that late at night.

To whom it may concern,

Insight Pest Solutions apologizes on behalf of our marketing company - *** - for the negative sales experience. I would encourage you to reach out to *** directly to submit a complaint there, if you so wish.

One of our administrators spoke directly on the phone with someone related to the contract owner and submitted a complaint through there as well as immediately cancelling the account. The sale was completed on 07-23 and the contract was consequently cancelled 07-24. No charges - cancellation or otherwise - have been incurred by the client, therefore a refund is inapplicable.

Due to the nature of COVID-19 this year, it has restricted the quality of conversations that our sales representatives can have with our clients. That's why we immediately email the service agreement to the email the client has provided for them to review at their leisure. We also have extended the cooling off period to up until the initial service has been completed, so that it gives consumers ample opportunity to consider the agreement that they are committing to. Our office hours are Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm. We do our best to respond to emails and voicemails as quickly as possible, but there are instances where it could take up to 24 hours to hear back from us. We apologize for the delay and the concern it may have caused the client, however it was unintentional.

And to address the timing of our representative knocking : our sales representatives strive to knock on doors when people are most likely to be home. With the extended daylight in the summertime, they do tend to be out until the sun goes down. We are sorry if this offends you in anyway - it is unintentional. And likewise, we apologize if the ambitious nature of our sales representative offended the client in any way.

In closing, the account, contract and all pending services with us have effectively been cancelled. No charges have been or will be incurred by the client.

Purchase insect spraying service. Was told that it was for 1 visit and no contract for further visits. Due to COVID I kept my distance from salesperson and did not read the electronic contract carefully. The email copy indicates that I have signed up for 4 visits not 1. I tried email company, but email came back deliverable. I called within 1 hour of signing contract, but call went to voice mail.

Customer left a voicemail at 6:48 pm on June 17, 2020 and also sent a request via through our website at 7:19 pm on June 17, 2020 requesting to cancel. Our office ours are 9-5 pm. This morning, June 18, 2020 at 10:03 am, Mr. was contacted by one of our customer service agents and the contract was cancelled.
