Kris came out to do a home inspection for us on a house we are looking to buy. To start Kris Houser was extremely polite, the kind of person you get along with immediately. He was detailed in his search and was able to explain everything to me in detail but in terms I could understand. He went above and beyond when discussing potential areas of concerns while making sure to high light great features of the house as he went as well. He pointed out the expensive window upgrades in the house, and made sure I understood why they were an upgrade. It was a very positive experience and I would not only use him again if I needed an expectation, but I would recommend him to any friend or family that needed a trust worthy certified inspector.

MrH*** came to our home to do an inspection of our home and pool When he entered the house, with him came the R & R Everclear pool inspector It was apparent that they were friends The pool inspector recommended over $in pool repairs When we had a Leslie Pool representative come and inspect the pool he was amazed at the cost of the repairs that R & R had estimated and said it was not necessary to change the sand at a cost of $dollarsMrH*** did his inspection and cited "items" like dust in the dryer vent hose (which he punctured during inspection and we replaced) as well as citing a stain on the window ledge that could have been from a glassWe were not aware of some cracked roof tiles and we did hire a roofer to repair those tiles and we did more preventative roof work than MrHouser requestedWe did not feel that the inspection was reliableI would not recommend this company at all

Mr. H[redacted] came to our home to do an inspection of our home and pool. When he entered the house, with him came the R & R Everclear pool inspector. It was apparent that they were friends. The pool inspector recommended over $1200.00 in pool repairs. When we had a Leslie Pool representative come and inspect the pool he was amazed at the cost of the repairs that R & R had estimated and said it was not necessary to change the sand at a cost of $615.00 dollars.
