Been trying to get my pool fix that they installed for over a year & monthsProblem since day Purchased a pool from Mr, Pool 5/they use Greater bay pool for installing poolThey sent over really shady employeesAfter trying to reach the owner Mike several times with no luck I went back to MrPool (was told by an employee there Mike had some problems w/employees during heroin) One working even peed in my backyard in front of usFinally came out on 6/to tape the screws that were pressing through linerAfter that my pool starting leakingTook them months to come back, never fixing the problemThem come back again on8/& 10/still not fixing the problemTried call to let them know it's still leakingFinally just gave upCall another pool person came out the same day & it took him less then minsto find the problemThis guy ripes people offNeeds to be stoppedThank you
Poor workmanship, limited follow up from owner, no guarantee of service Had a pool liner and sand filter replacement I was charged additional money for root removal which was appropriate My wife inquired about additional sand needed for bottom of pool and was told not needed, they could use what was already present Couple days after pool was filled and cleaned, noticed depression where roots were removed and ditches along side of pool walls Called owner who did return my call late evening as expected and was told arrangement would be made to resolve issue No calls were made from owner to discuss date/time to enter property for inspection of issue Called numerous times to talk with owner but no return calls
I had my pool liner replaced by Greater Bay Pools this past summerThe pool started leaking days later and all of the water drained from the pool
After I called Greater Bay about the complaint they send one of the installers out to fix the leakAll he did was put some silicone sealer around the outside of the return hose connectionThe pool kept leaking and I kept calling Greater BayI received a call from the owner and he said he would definitely be out to check out the situation and fix the issueHe never showed up and would not return my many callsI have called many times since and I did receive a message that he was returning my callI provided a return call message, because he never answers the phone, reminding him who I was and that the pool has completely drainedI have received no communication since my last call

These people are the worst pool installers, not level, and took all the instructions that went with the poolThey will not return any calls I am calling on your side They will be out of business soon
I do not recommend using this companyThe install took longer than promised, and it was always difficult getting calls backThe pool was installed at an angle along my existing deck, leaving a gap at one endOne of the hoses leaked from the filter, which I had to fix myselfThey did not even attempt to install the stairsI had to install them myself after they took my money and disappearedThey left a mountain of dirt in the yard and did not backfill around the poolI had to pay someone else to come do thatI paid them extra to make a platform for my hot tubThey installed the hot tub on stacks of pavers in the corners onlyIf I had filled the hot tub with water, it would have crackedDo yourself a favor and look for someone else for a pool install

I have done business with Greater Bay for several years but I must say that this install of my pool liner was the best ever - this crew was done in hours cleaned up made sure that everything was done right assured me that if something was not done to my satisfaction they would come back to make it right because they have always kept their word so I have no problem with them
