I recently bought a super lithium scooter from these guys and although Im pretty happy with the actual scooter with the exception of the lousy, unprofessional and sloppy wiring of the control box to the scooter...it was a "rats nest"I am extremely dissatisfied with their version of customer serviceI spent dollars at their website and when I made over attempts to call and emails asking about the mud/ rain guards that were advertised when I bought it but are now out of stock I got zero returned calls or emailsAlso, they offer an open ended wrench that is crucially needed to tighten the nut that holds the bearings in the steering column for DOLLARSIts mearly a cheap, stamped metal tool that should have been included in the free "tool set" (which consisted of a few useless allen wrenches and other little junky "tools"On competitors website I found a very similar tool for centsIts kind of suspicious that all of their accessories cost 30.00, from tail lights, mirrors, that tool...in my opinion these people are lazy swindlersyou can find virtually identical scooters all over the internet and I would recommend you do if youre interested in buying one
The batteries on the three scooters I purchased all overheated and deformed I purchased the upgraded chargers also I have tried now for two years YES TWO YEARS emails and phone calls just to get assistance with these and no response at all NOTHINGI just need help getting new batteries but afraid to get the same ones in their parts section on the website Now I have three scooters for my kids over 2k and they are all just sitting the garage taking up space I JUST NEED SOME HELP PEOPLE! Absolutely the worst customer service EVER! Is this place even open?!!!!!
We already have ordered 1 unit from this company. The product itself is amazing! However on our second order (what was going to be 2 of 5 more units, for a total of 6 scooters) we were working in Phoenix AZ., and left before our shipment was to arrive. I tried calling the shipper in this case Super Scooters and Cycles. The person answering the phone was short and arrogant. Said there was nothing he could do. I ask well how can I get the delivery? All I wanted was reroute delivery to either my "billing" address or my shop in Denver. I was willing to pay the shipping difference. I waited till after the weekend thinking maybe the young person on the phone was trying to get going on the weekend based on his short arrogance and lack of professionalism. So today Monday I went to fedex and called again from fedex since they told me yes you could reroute delivery however the only person who could do that was the shipper. So my call on Monday was worse then Friday. Again the young boy taking calls said again they could not reroute deliveries. When I told him I was at FedEx that the only person who could was them. He then said well our company policy wouldn't allow it. At that point I asked for a manager and the kid said he was the manager. So I asked for the owner info, he told me the owners name but said it was pointless since all calls are forwarded to his phone. So I cancelled my order which was across the United States and called PayPal to refund the money and just walked out of our Monday meeting advising against the 4 more scooters we were about to order. We found another company. I will not be doing business with this company. I would recommend a better customer service rep to handle disputes or any business desicions for that matter.
