This response is regarding the complaint you received from a guest who travelled with Insight Vacations in to France – Mr [redacted] complained to us regarding some aspects of the trip Mr [redacted] wanted to interrupt the trip and return home based on his disappointments After many, many discussion with Mr [redacted] whilst he was on the trip, he decided to complete the trip utilizing all services provided When Mr [redacted] returned home he contacted us and requested compensation of $– We were unable to honor his request based on the fact that he completed the trips with all services We, however offered him a goodwill gesture of $which her accepted and he agreed that the issue was closedThis file has been closed since September Thank you for your time and service.Sincerely, [redacted] ***Manager - Guest Relations

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved [redacted] ,I would like to drop the claim against Insight VacationsI spoke to [redacted] in New York and she said that upon receipt of this letter I will receive a check through UPS for $regarding the single supplement settlement.Thanks, [redacted]

Please be advised that further to receiving a complaint from Ms*** earlier this year regarding the trip to Israel and *** with Insight Vacations, our company made a goodwill gesture and offered Ms*** a credit of $, which was declined by Ms***. Today, our Operations
Headquarters has received correspondence from Ms*** confirming the she will accept our goodwill offer of $500. This now closed this file, and we would appreciate you closing this file on your end. This response is regarding the complaint you received from a guest who travelled with Insight Vacations in 2016 to France – Mr. [redacted] complained to us regarding some aspects of the trip.  Mr. [redacted] wanted to interrupt the trip and return home based on his disappointments.  After many,...

many discussion with Mr. [redacted] whilst he was on the trip, he decided to complete the trip utilizing all services provided.  When Mr. [redacted] returned home he contacted us and requested compensation of $8000.00 – We were unable to honor his request based on the fact that he completed the trips with all services.  We, however offered him a goodwill gesture of $2060.00 which her accepted and he agreed that the issue was closed. This file has been closed since September 2016. Thank you for your time and service.Sincerely,   [redacted]Manager - Guest Relations
