there were guys walking around the neighborhood in may 2018 and they offered services for $49.99 as this is a brand new home - we were told we can cancel the services at any time for any reason - we received the first visit as they only did the outside - we saw an increase in ants immediately then they came to do the inside - we were not happy with the results I immediately called to cancel they told me the services were cancelled - I receive an email stating they have set up services and a rep will be out in two days - I call again to advise them that I had cancelled the services back in july - they advised me that the services cannot be cancelled as I signed a contract for 5 or more visits and I would be charged a $100 cancellation fee - the rep chandler kirkpatrick never mention a cancellation fee he had me sign a contract stating they had permission to use the credit card information I had given - now they are saying I signed several contracts - my signature was electronic - I now believe this company has used my electronic signature to agree to all other contracts as I signed and read on contract only -- this company is being misrepresented and ripping people off!
