Gary came and listen to the plumbing problems. He gave me several options. He told me the benefits of each option. He didn't make me feel bad or stupid when I went with the least expensive options. He did the work exactly like he said it would be. He took the time to get matching knobs and easier to use for me. He cleaned up behind himself. He left the garage cleaner than he found it..I am very happy with the work he did.
