June 3, Revdex.com of Eastern Massachusetts, Maine, Rhode Island & Vermont [redacted] ** [redacted] RE: Mr [redacted] Complaint [redacted] Dear Sirs or Madams, Thank you for allowing us this opportunity to address Mr [redacted] complaint regarding his [redacted] *** On May 16, 2016, Mr [redacted] took delivery of his [redacted] with 28,miles Mr [redacted] left [redacted] of Warwick that evening driving legally with insurance Mr [redacted] license plates from the vehicle he traded in were transferred to his new vehicle and he is allowed days by the State of Rhode Island to complete his new registration Mr [redacted] did notify [redacted] of Warwick about a speaker that he did not believe was operating properly At the time, [redacted] of Warwick gladly accommodated, and promptly brought the car into the service department on May 18, with 28,miles to diagnose and fix the concerns At that time Mr [redacted] made no mention of any other safety, electrical or convenience issues with the vehicle Mr [redacted] did purchase a [redacted] Pre-Paid Maintenance agreement at time of sale in the amount of $1, Mr [redacted] came into the [redacted] of Warwick dealership on May 30, to cancel the maintenance agreement and inform us he already purchased a new vehicle [redacted] of Warwick had Mr [redacted] fill out the required documentation in order to cancel the Pre-Paid maintenance agreement The cancellation paperwork is enclosed for your review If you need any additional information, please feel free to contact me at my office Thank you, Very Truly Yours, [redacted] Pre-Owned Manager [redacted] of Warwick

Mr*** will be receiving a full refund of the $1,paid for the ***-*** Pre-Paid Maintenance Program. This is evidenced in the paperwork submitted with ***-*** of Warwick’s original response This should fulfill Mr***’s original disputed amount and should resolve this matter Regards, *** *** Pre-Owned Manager

That is not trueI had been complaining aboutique steering and strut issues since I brought it home and was informed that all *** *** do it and it's normalMy safety concerns were dismissed and now they're going to say I made no mention of any safety issue? Yes in the state of ri it's a day regHowever you can NOT sell ANY vehicle without a title therefore I was driving illegally due to *** *** lazinessI purchased a new car because I had it for less than weeks and was already having problems with the vehicle!
