I ordered and paid for Life Ins Sales appointments Have not recany and the company will not return phone calls or emails I ordered and completed a service agreement on 6-19-This company required me to mail in a paper check and it was cashed on 6-27-My leads were to start on 6-27-I was notified by email they would not start until 7-5- After my check was cashed they would not return any phone calls or emailsWe have received emails from them indicating there were attachments and there were none and as stated before they will not respond to our phone calls or emails.When I first contacted this company on 6-15-I spoke to Ms [redacted] Martin who was very eager to brag up her company accomplishments; again after my check was cashed [redacted] Martin would not return my phone calls or emailsAfter my order was placed and check cashed we starting receiving emails from a Mr [redacted] indicating changes in our lead order and excuses as to why our order was not being comple

I did not receive the leads/appointments that I paid $for and my calls and emails have been unanswered I sell life insurance InSol was to provide me with final expense life insurance leads and set appointments I worked with Riley Martin, I had no communication issues at this point Riley assured me that once they received the payment, they would send an email with the invoice and another email would follow with the leads/appointments I only received one email with the invoice and I never received the leads/appointments that I paid for Subsequent emails and phone calls went unanswered I've been calling them all morning and I cannot get anyone to pick up the phone

On December 2017, insol and I had to agreement to sell my company " Savage Elderly Care,INC" home care leadsI was told by Insol that after they receive the payment of $they will set in-home care leads appointmentJennifer was the lady that helped me with the transactionShe told me that my appointments will start on January 8, Up till this day we have not received our appointmentsI've called countless times and had requested for a refundThese company is a complete scam and should be put out of business
