Review: I was notified by the city of New York about my 2012/2013 low pressure boiler violations in which I promptly contacted CITYSPECT/INSPARISK LLC GROUP.I have make at least 20 phone calls fax complaints and got verbal acknowledgement .as for the 2012 boiler violation I have been on the telephone for a year and a half with only the typical run around..( please give us your phone# your email) Never once was ever contacted by anyone at the company. Their explanation is that we make a mistake with the filing and our attorneys are working on this matter. The company is also saying that this is happing to numerous customer except I personal know customers that have had their issue resolved within 6 months.......NEVER A PHONE..EMAIL OR LETTER OF EXPLANATION.... Each violation carriers a $1000 fine+penalties......Desired Settlement: correct all violations with the city of New York and fines and penalties

Review: On April **, 2014, the NYC Department of Buildings issued a violation against [redacted] for failure to submit a completed Boiler Inspection report by the deadline. On July *, 2014, [redacted] sent a fax to ###-###-####, a Insparisk/CitySpec fax number notifying the company of the violation. City Spec responded to the July [redacted] correspondence on August **, 2014. The August ** letter acknowledged receipt of the July [redacted] correspondence and the violations issued to [redacted] by the Department of Buildings. The letter states that “[d]ue to high volume of Inquiries please be patient while we research each violation.”

The next correspondence with City Spec took place on December **, 2014 when we contacted City Spec regarding the status of the violation and to determine what steps have been taken to address the violation since notice of the violation on July *, 2014. At this point, one hundred and seventy-fives (175) dates have passed since the original correspondence on July [redacted] regarding the 2012 Boiler Inspection Violation. On January *, 2014 City Spec responded stating they were unsuccessful to address the issue and have hired counsel in order to assist them with the boiler violations.

Since the January correspondence from City Spec, I once again did not hear from City Spec for another eighty-seven (87) days. Any response that City Spec has made by one of their representative, including an attorney on April [redacted], has been made as a result of an inquiry that I have initiated solely. I have attached a copy of all correspondences herein.Desired Settlement: I currently have the property for sale. The fact that there is a pending violation that is due and pending to be resolved prevents me from selling the property without any encumbrances and contingencies. I would very much like this issue to be resolved on priority level because this issue has been pending for 175 days.
