There was miscommunication on our (Scott's Heating and Cooling) end between our office and service technician that was dispatched to *** *** home. *** *** did not even call our office to notify that she received a bill that she did not owe. She went straight to the Revdex.com.
I (*** *** have notified *** *** that she does not owe the bill ($84.50) that was sent to her address. This was a mistake that was easily cleared up. While we hate to make mistakes and try to communicate at a high level, sometimes mistakes are made. We apologize for our error and have taken necessary actions to make this right. We were certainly not trying to take advantage of anyone. We have been in business for a long time because of our excellent customer service. Thanks! - *** ***
