complained of some appliances not working properly. was told it would take 5-7 business days for someone to come out and have a look. It has been two weeks and didn't hear a word from them. And now, another issue has come up.
. The provider of the free warranty we offer with our inspection has attempted to contact and collect information from our client but apparently there was a change in phone numbers. They are more than happy to help her but are awaiting her response. She can contact me directly on my cell phone and I can help her get re-connected with the warranty company. Thanks!
