Review: On Thursday Evening March 26th around 5:30pm, I place a online order for a software download of InspectFaster. It is a software program to assist in Home Inspection. The cost for this software was $149.00. After giving all my credit card information, I click send, and do not get a receipt, and I do not get the software download link either. My bank shows the money was taken out. So, I went back to their site the next day, after receiving nothing over the next 12 hours, and first tried to send an email from their contact page to Sales, and the page had a error.. and would not send, so from that same page, I sent a email to Support, marketing, and I believe one other. I received back an email from Martin Hewitt.. and it said "Regards" and nothing more. So I replied back asking what that meant.. and he said "Sure thing. Just send me a copy of the receipt like I asked you to." He hadn't asked.. and I had no receipt, because obviously something is wrong with their website. I wrote back, and stated the problem, and he wrote back "Go fk yourself then :)" Now this was completely uncalled for, and when telling him, I didn't appreciate his foul language and that I would turn him into the Revdex.com, He wrote back saying, "O.k. Sounds Good"Desired Settlement: I would first like to have the program, a Download link would be appreciated. But If he is going to be stubborn.. as I am sure he is, then a refund of my money would be appreciated.
