Fenco was sent to look at my home by the potential buyersThey were scheduled to do the inspection from 9am-12:30pmThey left a ladder in the garage and decided the best way to retrieve it was to come in through the back door of my house, walk through my house to my garage and open the garage doorWhen confronted the worker responded " I've already been in your house I don't see the big deal." To me it was a very big deal since it was 1:and there were no longer scheduled to be in my houseI asked why he hadn't knocked on the door and he informed me, he had and had waited; since I didn't hear him he thought the best plan of action was to come into my backyard, pop my screen door off the track ( it was locked) and walk through my houseHe essentially broke into my house and was rude to me the entire time I was questioning why he was there
