In our phone conversation this week I explained to you that I was late in getting the consumers inspection report to her I did not know that it was imperative that she get the report right awayI by my very nature am slower than most in getting things done After I talked with Mrs [redacted] I sent her the written report & the photos I took of her claimI also returned her $via US mail If you need any more information concerning this matter please let me know Regards, Bill ***

After I talked with Mrs. [redacted] I sent her the written report & the photos I took of her claim. I also returned her $350.00 via US mail.
