This complaint is completely untrue I was called at 5:by ** *** referred by an excellent customer on the day everyones pipes were freezing and busting due to the extremely cold weather She had her main water cut off due to a busted pipe so I told her I would take care of her
She was very grateful and relieved I told her I had two more jobs before hers so it would be after but I would not leave her without water Thank you thank you was all she kept saying I was in south richmond no where near varina when I took her call It was a min drive to her house I get there at about 7:and she says sorry I have someone else here working on the problem I did get extremely irate because she never called to cancel I drove all the way out to her house upon her request and was not leaving without payment or at least without her signing my ticket I showed her my phone that I had no missed call or messages of any kind cancelling the call I had driven all the way across town at night to get her water back on and was very upset about her inconsideration All she could say was that she was sorry I told her sorry does not put gas in my work van that gets miles per gallon or my time away from my family I am sorry for blowing my top but I do believe I was justified
I can give the customer info of the last customer I serviced at 6:to verify that I was not enebriated at 7:as she is accusing Again, its funny how these people think that when you send them a bill they can turn you in to the Revdex.com and make up lies She did not find it necessary to make up this barely partially true story until I sent her a bill I knew I wasnt going to get paid since she slammed the door on my face that night but I wanted her to know how upset I was That is no way to treat someone Now to add insult to injury, she really thinks she needs to tarnish my reputation because I dare demand payment for a service request she made and thought it would be no big deal to see whoever gets there first I knew it would be a waste of time to mail a bill but the customer who referred me told me to send her a bill I will elimate the invoice from my books, but there needs to be a ccc I could report her to--a crappy customer center or somethingIts not fair they can so cowardly and freely report companies with no repercussions to them

Review: Two service personnel were called by two different people to a premises with a busted pipe. One serviceman name was [redacted]. It was just before dark when the first person showed up. [redacted] was called to cancel service. [redacted] stated he was around the corner and would be showing up. By now it was dark. When [redacted] came to the door he immediately became irate and it was clear that he was inebriated and I spoke on his condition. At this point, he was holding onto my door with his hand and foot jarred to prevent me from closing door. He continued to demand payment of $35.00 as he held and pushed my front door. The alcohol smell was overwhelming. The police was called. Before the police arrived, [redacted] left the scene but not before disposing his "25 oz. [redacted]" on my lawn.Desired Settlement: I was traumatized and thankful my son was at my home. [redacted] showed up drunk at my door which voided any service I would have contracted with him. He was hostile and aggressive and when he forced my door he trespassed. Still today, I am left to think of how violently things could have gone given different circumstances with the different individuals. The police being called and [redacted] having to leave the scene because of his inebriated condition wasn't enough of a lesson learned. I would not have filed this report had he heeded the lesson. Instead, [redacted] sent me an invoice for $85.00 with fictitious charge.

I was in south richmond no where near varina when I took her call. It was a 30 min drive to her house. I get there at about 7:15 and she says sorry I have someone else here working on the problem. I did get extremely irate because she never called to cancel. I drove all the way out to her house upon her request and was not leaving without payment or at least without her signing my ticket. I showed her my phone that I had no missed call or messages of any kind cancelling the call. I had driven all the way across town at night to get her water back on and was very upset about her inconsideration. All she could say was that she was sorry. I told her sorry does not put gas in my work van that gets 10 miles per gallon or my time away from my family. I am sorry for blowing my top but I do believe I was justified.
