To whom it may concern: This is in regards to complaint # After reviewing our call records, we were able to find resolution to Mrs [redacted] complaint [redacted] has indicated that the retraction of payment letter was sent in error, and they have paid for the services through February 28th, (the day that Mr [redacted] employer terminated services with [redacted] ) Effective March 1st, the new carrier would take over responsibility and coverage of the medical claims that were incurred We have spoken to Mrs [redacted] to apologize both on behalf of [redacted] and [redacted] *** She is relieved that this has been resolved Additionally, Mrs [redacted] has requested a copy of the letter indicating that this was an error, and we have placed that request to [redacted] *** She also has the direct number to our Director over the Contact Center, and will reach out to her directly if she needs any further assistance
