Subject: Complaint # [redacted] Good afternoon, Last Friday afternoon, Jan 8th, I checked voice mail on my cell phone and was very surprised to see a voice mail from Travis at Inspirable with a date stamp of Monday, 4th, about 1:14pm I had been expecting a call from him at pm and had my phone in hand or by my side all afternoon I did not hear it ring and I kept checking it for a missed call if I had to be away from my desk There were no missed calls showing up on the phone and no voice mails through the last time I checked on Wednesday Jan 6th I don't know when the voice mail from Travis showed up as I don't think I checked for voice mails on Thursday or Friday until the afternoon I don't know why the voice mail didn't show up on Monday or why the missed call never showed up in the call activity log So, evidently Travis did call on Monday but I didn't receive the call or the voicemail I have heard nothing from Inspirable since then I just wanted to update the information regarding my complaint Thank you, [redacted]

Follow up complaint to the complaint filed with Revdex.com on March 16, After receiving notice of my complaint with the Revdex.com I was contacted by account manager, Adam B [redacted] He advised that my complaints were making things difficult for him in his jobHe offered the following resolution: • Provide me with FTP credentials for ecommerce sites, one almost ready to go and the other untested and unseen by me for several months • Provide FTP credentials for the online directory which is virtually useless to me at this time • Refund one third of the money that I had paid in the amount of $Over the course of the following months I waited to have this agreement put into writing and finalisedThere was a haphazard transfer of one domain to me and after months FTP credentials were finally provided to my web masterThe other website in the original contract was never constructedFinally, I received the following email: From: Inspirable Support Team Date: Wed, Oct 19, at 7:PM Subject: Revised Email To: Hi Pam, I hope you are wellPlease review and let me know if we can DocuSignThnx, AdamI ___________________, agree to withdrawal, cancel and unpublish any and all complaints, comments, postings and any other material I have published, posted or distributed related to Inspirable, LLC it's partners, employees, customers, and affiliatesAdditionally, I hold harmless Inspirable it's partners, employees and affiliates to any future claimsI acknowledge receipt of my web files via FTP and will not request any additional services or demands from Inspirable in the futureAdditionally, I will not interfere with nor communicate with Inspirable's clients or potential clientsI understand that within business days from the signing of this document that Inspirable will process and mail a cashiers check in the amount of $and will provide a tracking number of the mailed checkI withdrawal, cancel and unpublish any and all complaints, comments, postings and any other material I have published, posted or distributed related to Inspirable, LLC it's partners, employees, customers, and affiliates within business days of receipt of the tracking numberInspirable.com (Support Desk) [email protected] (Support Email) Inspirable treats customer service very seriouslyPlease contact us anytime for assistance with your accountWe are ALWAYS happy to hear from you! Thank you for the opportunity to respond to this customers complaint.On, 4/2/we where contracted by Mr, [redacted] to provide web development, graphic design and website hosting services for his businessMr, [redacted] indicated that his business (unlike many of our other customers) did not warehouse its own products and indicated he wished to source products through various suppliersWe agreed to take on Mr, [redacted] project with the understanding that he'd come to a decision and choose a specific type of product niche and partner with suppliers within a reasonable time frame in order for us to build his website We had explained to Mr, [redacted] several times that our website development and graphic design services are performed based on the specific requirements of the product and services his company offersDuring the design and development process, Inspirable spoke with [redacted] on several occasions both over the phone and via email to help him determine the products needed to develop the websiteMr, [redacted] was given several suggestions of products and several contacts to companies that could supply products for his businessAfter several weeks Mr, [redacted] never made a decision on the products to offer and therefor made it almost impossible for our company to complete the design and graphics for the website we where contracted to build by himMr, [redacted] claims that Inspirable is a "rogue" business are unjust, baseless, and absurdDuring the years we've been listed with the Revdex.com he is the second client to complain (the first of which is a closed complaint)Per the terms of service, the website owner (Mr, [redacted] ) is responsible for the images, text and input needed in order for the website to be completedBecause the client never provided that information, he hindered and delayed the development process of his website and is now going as far as accusing us of unauthorized charges on his credit cardMr, [redacted] , signed a credit card authorization form proving he authorized the agreed upon price and monthly service fee's associated to the agreed upon servicesWe will ensure this clients refund is processedHe will not be receiving any payouts in addition for his refundAdditionally, any and all work completed for Mr, [redacted] by Inspirable, including computer programming and CMS setup and configuration will be owned by InspirableWe wish Mr, [redacted] the best of luck in his future endeavorsWe at this time request the complaint be closedThank you

Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me
But here are the facts.
1. I was contacted by Inspirable and lured into a Too good to be True kind of offer
2. The distrust started right from the word go. I was double charged than what I wax promised for initial deposit. \\
The claims that I wax contacted by Inspirable are totally false. They would not even respond to my calls. I have written several emails but absolutely no response. It appears that they had no interest in my case whatsoever
Several of my email requests to cancel/close my account were never responded
All I want is my money to the tune of $ 547.00 within the next week. I do not trust anymore these people. They Told me that my refund is in process since June 1st week this year and I am yet to See. \
I am not interested in closing this case until I see my refund in my Credit Card account
Please ensure that Inspirable pays/ refunds within one week. meaning by August 28th

http://***Inspirable designed and published the website within the time frame promisedAdditionally, *** was provided admin access, several website admin training calls, and we have completed several extra work orders for her to help ensure she was happy with the website designAfter the website was published, *** purchased an additional CMS (content management system) powered website package to provide a buyers guide style resource section to her website visitors, in an attempt to help them better understand the benefits of her products and servicesThe system was designed and has been published and can be viewed at homefountains.orgAdditionally, *** will be able to add or remove any content through the CMS in order to further expand this pages content. Contrary to the customers claim, a refund was never authorized on her accountWe're sorry to hear *** has been less than satisfiedIt is our goal to address any issues she has with her account and support her as a valued clientIf she feels that some of the work orders completed on her account are not to her satisfaction, we will address those with her directly and will promise a quick turn around on all reasonable work orders she requestsWe're at this point in time requesting that this complaint be closed in our favorAdditionally, we will continue to improve the support provided to this customer and help her achieve her companies online goals

Nothing has changed since my original complaint. My website still is not finished. I still have never seen the second program for which I paid. They charged me monthly fees for that program which was never completed. I repeat, nothing has been completed by Inspirable

First and for most we would like to address that we are sorry to hear that you have had frustrations working with Inspirable. We take customer service to the up most priority here and would like to address your problems/concerns that you have explained. Our main support # is 844-455-2800, there are...

some instances where we may not answer right away during normal business hours, in this case we do our best to get back to you within 24 hours. In terms of the service agreement that you signed we would like to point out and remind you that we do not guarantee any sales or orders that may be processed through any development, implementation, or services that we deliver or perform to any of our customers. The service agreement that you signed stated to pay a certain amount initially as a deposit and a certain amount on a per month basis for a total of 12 months. We suspended the monthly payments on your account a few months after you signed do to concerns that you have expressed on behalf of your account and do not intend to recuperate any of the payment balance. In terms of the domain names that were purchased on behalf of your account, we will be more than happy to transfer over any domains that we have in our possession. Do to the fact that you had a negative experience with working with us, we will also issue you a credit of $300.
