I recently paid $500.00 to have my website updated. It had been, somehow, lost and I was no longer able to access behind the scenes or even see it online. They mentioned bots had taken it over and it was down for that reason. Inspirable convinced me I needed to update the site and agreed. This was at the end of April 2015. It was promised the week of April 28th. On May 6th, I received a response stating it would be ready in two days. I have not heard from them since.

This is in response to the complaint filed by *** regarding the website design work in question.We where originally contracted by *** several years ago to develop ad website for her company. Our firm developed the website and hosted for her for nearly 4 years. Originally, we created a payment arrangement for Ms, for the development work completed for her. After a couple of years her c.c. # was expired and her account was in suspension because of non payment. When we spoke with the client and received a new card, we let her know we where happy to provide a COMPLIMENTARY upgrade to her account free of charge. We asked her to handle the back balance of her account at a discount without late fee's (500.00). The work that this customer is complaining about is actually COMPLIMENTARY work we decided to provide to her at no extra cost. We have completed the COMPLIMENTARY work and will confirm that she has paid her outstanding balance for the previous website we built for her nearly 4 years ago. We are happy to continue working with MS.. and are also willing to provide the website files if she desires to host elsewhere. Again, this client had a balance from work that was previously delivered. We provided a COMPLIMENTARY upgrade to her after her balance (which was discounted) was finally satisfied. On 12/14/17, I signed a contract with Inspirable for a 2nd website business and 2 promotional videos. The contract stated that the work would be done within 40 business days. As of 1/21/18, the work was not done. They had simply copied the coding from my 1st website. I emailed Inspirable on 1/21/18 requesting a refund on the 2nd website and 1 video only (the other video had been done for the 1st website). Ben replied on 1/22/18, stating that he had forwarded my email to his boss. On 2/13/18, I sent another email requesting the refund again for $3300 ($2725 for 2nd website and $580 for 1 video). Another email reminder was sent on 3/20/18, stating that I no longer wished to run an online business and would like a refund of services that had not yet been performed (2nd website and 1 video). Adam B responded on 3/21/18, stating that he had been ill and wanted to know if he could “connect with me tomorrow or Friday to touch base re: your account and refund request.” I emailed Adam back on 3/21/18 (that same day) to tell him that “I will be home tomorrow, Thursday. Any time in the afternoon is fine. Say around 2-4 pm EST.” NO RESPONSE was ever received. NO CALL ever came through, as I was home all day waiting. I sent further reminder emails re: the refund on 4/16, 4/18, 5/3, 5/23, 7/2, and 8/17/18. To this date, I am still waiting to hear from them or to receive my refund for services not rendered.

This Customer purchased a website with a video from us that was built and completed. Mid way through our company fulfilling the work order/contract that *** signed, she notified us that she was closing her business and requested a refund. At this point with the work that was completed we will not be issuing any refunds as services were rendered. We wish her the best of luck in the future.

I am rejecting this response because: I paid for 2 videos and received only one. I can see that this website development business is a scam. All these companies are the same. They should all be shut down. My website was never completed as stated in the contract I signed. I'm disgusted with the whole process, and I will warn others not to get involved with any of this online business starting stuff.

I purchased a website named *** to do web marketing from home. I received a phone call from Inspirable wanting me to add a connecting web site and sell just 2 items. The name of this website is *** I told them that the original website was tied up in a battle and we couldn't work with it at the time. They told me that there would be no problem, they would just start on the one I bought from them. I gave them 3000.00 for the *** website connection from my own personal account. They had already gotten $3345.00 debited from my credit card. NoteThe credit card company is handling this charge.For the last 6 months or more I've been emailing and calling and no one will return an email or phone call. I have all kinds of evidence that they owe me money. I need my $3000.00 back for a service that was not even close to being what they said they were going to give me. To top that off they even had me mixed up with another client! I'm hoping that the Revdex.com can get something done for me because they sure don't care about me and the fact that they got money from me and I received no services at ALL!

This message is in response to the complaint by Customer ***. We sorry to hear that *** is upset and dissatisfied with the product that was purchased for $2,924.70. After further review we will be issuing a refund in the amount of $2,924.70 under the condition that *** closes any and all complaints for this and any matter towards our company.

I am rejecting this response because: Inspirable did not just take $3,000.00 from me, they took $6345.00. I was expecting Capital One to be able to get back what was charged to my card but they said it had been too long. well to me that's not fair because there are cases where a person doesn't know if that company is going to do their job. In this case they just kept dragging around. I never got a site from them at all! I purchased the name from name cheap and that was it. I can not except $2924.00 when they owe me $6345.00. As you can see in the file I sent you from Capital One, I just found this out. I never signed an agreement with Inspirable. They only sent me those papers and I didn't sign them and send them back! Now if they were going to credit me back through Capital One they would have to contact me because I had that card discarded so no one else would take advantage of me. I'm willing to loose $76.00, but not $3345.00. When I spoke with A... he told me $2000.00 to add the site to my existing one, then they go and charge me for $3000.00. I have more files I could send as proof that they were just giving me the run around. If the Revdex.com doesn't help me with the other $3345.00 in getting it back these scammers will win yet again. I don't know what else I can say other than to tell you there is more proof that I have if you want it. I just can't except this offer when it means I loose $3345.00.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. I’m tired of fighting with all these individuals. If there was a way I could get all my money back I would! I still lost $3345.00 but I’m thankful I got $3000.00 back.
