Worst property management company I have ever encountered Doesn't respond to maintenance item requests If they do..they show up and leave a mess but will not respond to your email stating what is completed Doesn't hold onto verbal agreementsIf you are signing a leaseMake sure all verbal statements are included [redacted] If you are a landlord I highly recommend using another company [redacted] The goal is to have happy tenants that will treat your home like their own
