This brand advertised fall grab bags available for purchase with an end date around 9/20/18, but later extended the sale as they had buyers still interested. They stated that ALL order placed before 9/18/18 would be shipped last weekend. Several consumers dis not receive their tracking numbers and reached out the the company, where they later stated that "most" were shipped out that weekend, not all as previously stated. They then stated that all orders placed before 9/21/18 would be shipped out this weekend, then stated all of those orders would be shipped 10/1/18. I still have not received a shipping invoice, so I reached out to the company where the said my package was in queue to be packaged and shipped. I said since my package has not been shipped and I will only get to enjoy my "fall" bag for a two weeks at most that I wanted my order cancelled and refunded. They then said that it can't be cancelled, that it had already shipped. They had also advertised that the shirts would be in a variety of fall colors at shown above (shown a picture of greens orange, purple, and black shirts) and consumers have reported only receiving back, gray, white, and navy blue items.

Refund I would like my order refunded in full and once I receive the package, I want for them to pay for shipping back to the company. I would also like them to rectify the situation with all others requesting refunds that are also being denied.
Hello - I see that you ordered 2 mystery grab bags and are upset with the delivery times and possible colors you could have received. If you do not wish to keep the merchandise you received, please feel free to return the merchandise and include a note inside your package, requesting a refund.
While our website clearly states that we will not process refunds for mystery grab bags, your bag appears to have arrived 6 days later than we targeted. For this reason, we are willing to make an exception.
About the colors chosen for the mystery grab bag - We chose fall-related colors for the autumn bag like black, grey, white, purple, red, orange, maroon, etc. Because this is a mystery grab bag, the colors are random, but we try to choose colors that everyone will wear. We ran dozens of advertisements showing all the options of colors that we have available, and chose from those colors when creating the mystery grab bags.
This company is false advertising in both the product it is sending out and shipment times. I purchased a grab bag from them on 09/20/2018 and they stated that all orders placed before that date will ship on or before 10/01/2018, it is now 10/03/2018 and my order is still showing unfullfilled. They also stated that the products included in the bag would be 'fall colors? with photo samples of maroon, olive green, and burnt orange colors yet the photos and reviews other consumers are posting online the products have been white, black, grey, and bright red. When I contacted them to cancel my order for misrepresentation of product and delay in shipment they told me it was passed their 48 hour grace period to make changes to an order, even though my order is still 'unfullfilled? and it shows on their website that they have a 365 day money back guarantee.

has ordered twice from our website. Both times, she ordered a mystery grab bag. These mystery grab bags are a random selection of tops. The most recent mystery grab bag was an autumn-themed mystery grab bag. The order has been delivered to the customer. Although the website clearly states that mystery bags are non-refundable, she can return the merchandise for a refund. However, we won't be able to allow her to keep the merchandise & also receive a refund.
I ordered an item that stated if ordered that day would arrive on September 28th, 2018. When I questioned why I haven't received it they blocked me.
I ordered $70.00 in products on 9/23/18. When I ordered their site said if ordered that day I would receive it on the 28th. I contacted them when I did not receive it and was told that they would update their website and that it wouldn't even ship until October 10th. I voiced my concerns on their *** page so others would know and they deleted my comments and blocked me from their page. I sent them an email letting them know I wanted to cancel the order and was told no. They told me that I could mark the package return to sender when I receive and that I would get a refund. Then I received another email stating that once I get the package I cannot return it that they will not refund my money. I believe they are running a scam at this point. They have horrible customer service and keep lying to people about their orders. They put up false advertising telling people that they would receive their order by a certain day just to get orders and then are lying about it. I saw several people comment the same thing that theirs said they would receive it by a certain day and it has not even shipped yet.
I feel that they advertised a delivery date that they could not honor and should refund my money. I ordered these for a gift and once I get them I will have no use for them. I already had to purchase a different gift.
Hello! If you wish to return your items for a refund, please feel free to do so. I see that your order was delivered, but you are correct - your order should have arrived approximately 5 days earlier than it actually did.

They sent me an email stating that I cannot return the items, but that I could exchange them. I sent them back labeled return to sender as they instructed and they are saying they never received the package back.
