In the approx1/years that Ms [redacted] has come to Inspirations, [redacted] was the 1st and last of stylists that had attempted to work with herThe stylists at Inspirations are not employees of the salon, their contact information can be provided to the Revdex.com if neededMs [redacted] had begged one of our nail techs for a hair appointment with [redacted] because she liked [redacted] 's work the most [redacted] had previously done Ms***'s hair, but [redacted] had been on maternity leave, and Ms [redacted] had been referred to other stylists [redacted] booked an appointment with her again for 11/to color her hair, even though Ms [redacted] had been difficult to please [redacted] colored her hairThe client left the salon with no complaints from my understanding, then [redacted] received a phone call from Ms [redacted] at 3:AM on Monday December 1, almost a week later, [redacted] picked up the phone and asked Ms [redacted] why she was calling at that hour Ms [redacted] responded "I didn't think you were going to answer I was just going to leave a message" [redacted] phoned me at 7:AM Monday the 1st to tell me that Ms [redacted] had called her earlier in the morning complaining about her hair color again, which had upset [redacted] and her familyMs [redacted] called me at 10:AM with a hostile attitude, I explained to her that all the stylists here are self employed and that this was the 3rd stylist that she had seen and 6th person at the salon that had tried to help her and that it was apparent that no one at our salon could make her happy because she was constantly changing her expectationsWe have always tried to put the clients first at our salon, but because this was the 4th time we have had a problem with this person, including the previous time in September when she had come into the salon screaming that no one was there to do her hair because she had showed up on the wrong day but another stylist took her at that time to calm her down, and the strange behavior of calling one of the stylists at AM, I decided at 12:PM to call the police to find out how I could make Ms [redacted] stay away from the salonI was informed by Officer Watson when he arrived at the salon at 1:PM that they were quiet familiar with Ms***, they even know her exact address, and that I might need to get a restraining order against her when they took my report, Turlock Police Deptevent number [redacted] , but I did not want to go to those lengths at this timeMs[redacted] was sold an Eyebrow kit approx1/years ago from our salon and it was not used

I am rejecting this response because: The Inspirations shop owner who wrote the rebuttal to my complaint, lied repeatedlyNearly everything she said is a fabrication or an embellishment to place me in a negative lightI hope that the Revdex.com holds her accountable for her unscrupulous business practices and dishonest allegations by putting this complaint on file to help the next person who may have the misfortune to fall in to her vengeful pathIn addition, calling the police because I'd complained about the service I'd received is much over the topShe appears to stand on "no responsibility for her girls or what they do," because she stated that she rents out the spaces to them as independentsHowever, she is apparently the owner of that salon and should be responsible for the actions of those to whom she rents spacesIt is HER business. Most of her rambling is ridiculous; however, I am currently looking in to her statement regarding her alleged comments about me that she stated were made by Officer *** of the Turlock Police DeptI spoke to an officer of the Turlock PD today regarding the content of her rebuttal involving officer *** and expressed my concern and surprise about what officer *** was supposed to have said about me It appears that she may have twisted his words or the context of the conversation to place me in a negative light with the Revdex.com, because it doesn't make sense otherwise I have no criminal record or negative rapport with the police department, so it will be interesting to find out what was actually said Calling a shop owner to complain about services rendered and state that a Revdex.com complaint would be filed should not result in a police report, and certainly not even a consideration for a restraining order against someone who clearly stated, as did I, that I would NEVER return to her shopThat is ludicrous, to say the least and only serves to support an unscrupulous character. Her response, again, is ridiculousI did not "beg" anyone to do my hair at that salon; and I never had the many problems that she relayed and that I supposedly had with a number of her stylistsIn fact, I tipped *** for that final cut and color and she tried to schedule a future appointment with me, and I responded that I'd call her if I wanted to make another appointment and asked how much time she required in advanceThat doesn't sound like an angry stylist that I'd supposedly abused, does it? As I'd stated in my complaint I didn't see the true color of the low-lights in the salon lighting until I'd gone out in to the natural lightDue to the Thanksgiving holiday and the fact that she hadn't planned to work until the following Tuesday, I'd decided to call her when I did the following Monday to discuss re-doing the lowlights on Tuesday if she had an openingAs for the other stylist, ***, she cancelled three appointments by texting me and the fourth appointment confirmation is still on my iphone for the following day, for which I showed up and she "forgot." It is far too bad that there isn't an agency for hair salons that one could file a complaint with, because this is the most unprofessional shop owner I've ever encountered And, she is NEVER to contact me again because people who take severe measures to harm others and lie about them, refusing to own up to their mistakes, are either mean-spirited and hateful human beings or are, in my opinion, delusional, which is more than evidenced by her absurd comment after I'd informed her by phone that I'd never use her salon again, she states, "I decided at 12:PM to call the police to find out how I could make Ms*** stay away from the salon."

This is our refund to *** *** from Inspirations salon for a total of $as requestedPlease respond with confirmation you have received this email so all matters are resolved and not publicly postedThank you Inspirations salon

Review: The hair stylist did not do the job on my hair for which I paid almost $100, and I discovered it after Id left the salon and saw the color she used on my hair in natural light, which was a copper low-light color rather than dark brown that I'd requested. She also left more grey in my hair than I'd asked for. I left her a voicemail message to ask that it be corrected the following Tuesday when she worked, and tried to make an appointment. She was abusive on the phone and stated that she had no intention of correcting it and expressed anger that I'd left a message much too early that morning. I subsequently called the shop and spoke to the owner, who goes by "[redacted]" or "[redacted]" to advise of the situation. She was rude, argumentative and accused me of causing a commotion in her shop, stating that Id caused problems with four of my girls. I had no idea what she meant by that and asked her for clarificationThat did not occur, as when Id left, I'd tipped the hairdresser, who also asked me to schedule a future appointment with her. I advised that I may schedule at a later date (unsure of using her again because she'd used no conditioner or styling product on my hair). In the past, shop lighting didn't reveal the color well, but the color was what I'd expected, this time it was not. I was shocked at her comments and asked her to elaborate; she would not. Her comments are untrue. The phone call with her was at about 10:00 a.m., and by 2:30 p.m., two police officers came to my home, stated that the owner of the Salon called them and asked them to visit me and tell me not to ever call or go to her shop again! They assured me that she stated that I'd made no threat or legal reason for the visit other than to warn me to stay away. She also lied to the policemen and stated I'd caused trouble in her shop. I was humiliated, embarrassed and shocked that anyone, let alone a business owner, could stoop to such a level after being told that I was filing a complaint with the Revdex.com.Desired Settlement: During my early visit to this hair salon, I was sold an eyebrow kit that I'd discovered was used after I'd got home and opened it. I took it back to exchange it, and there were no more in stock and the owner didn't wish to refund me. The hairdresser who sold it to me moved. I kept it. I hope that I'm not out my $97.75 for this shameful service and that people are forewarned what they may expect when dealing with this unscrupulous shop owner. A refund would be appreciated.
