First of all, we are very sorry that you are experiencing this heartacheIn the service industry, variability is inevitableWe do everything possible to control all the variables that affect quality control, communication, etcUnfortunately, sometimes protocol breaks down and a situation like this arisesUsually, the progress payment plan serves as an excellent quality control check that prevents a situation from escalating to this level, especially when the solution to the problem (drywall work, paint, & baseboard work) is simpleRegardless, we are determined to move forward and resolve this problemOur preferred solution was to fix our own mistakesIf we were given a second chance, we would have proven what Ideal is really aboutHowever, you have made up your mind, and we respect thatWe have already reached out to you and are determined to remedy this problem in the best way you see fitWe have completed hundreds of projects since our company began operations, and the overwhelming majority of our clients are happyWe are a family business that is dedicated to quality work and customer serviceProblems arise in construction projectsIf something is not done correctly the first time, we ALWAYS fix itThat is why we have survived in such a competitive industry, and why we have received multiple awards over the past few years, most recently the [redacted] and [redacted] service awardsHaving said that, there is always room for improvement, which is why we have begun implementing a construction management software that is designed to streamline operations and enhance communication and quality control measures.Since they are not allowing us to fix our mistakes, we have agreed to look over quotes they receive from other contractors, compare to our cost, and then issue a refund accordinglyWe are currently waiting for aforementioned quotes from the customers.We are very sorry that your experience has been unlike that of the rest of our clientsLet’s get this problem solved for you as soon as possible

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and while I take issue with them constantly telling me how great their "family owned business" is which is clearly not the case here, will be getting quotes by next week to send them for work that needs to be fixed.  They have yet to provide the license numbers for their subs and I cannot in good faith allow them to send workers to my home that may not be licensed. Regards, [redacted]
