I am rejecting this response because:We did request do receive coverage and *** the insurance agent did not do his jobHe said he would get us the necessary information to get started that same day we had a meeting and never did soWe are filing a lawsuit in weeks since this insurance agency can't do their job correctlySomeone needs to know what kind of insurance agency this isThat is the reason I put in the complaint with the Revdex.comI didn't expect Inspire Insurance Solutions to actually accept responsibilities for their mistakes and own up to itI just wanted to make sure that the public knew what would happen if they tried to get insurance through this companyOf course if this company is willing to own up to their mistakes then I will not file suit and remove this complaintBut I know that is not going to happenWe will see you guys in court

I am rejecting this response because: Another agent had not quoted any coverage to us until after Mr. [redacted]i had dropped the ball and not bound coverage with us. We asked Mr. [redacted]i how much it would be to get started and he never responded to us after that. The TDI investigation has not been closed yet. This response is full of lies and I completely reject it. The lawsuit is being filed on April 6th after we have given Mr. [redacted]i sufficient time to respond to the demand letter we sent him. Then the real truth will come out.

Mr. [redacted] filed a complaint (PROBLEM REPORT ID: [redacted] with the Texas Department of Insurance regarding this issue.  The Texas Department of Insurance investigates and resolves these types of complaints and has dismissed this complaint because it lacked merit and found no wrongdoing on the agent's part. We submitted documentation to TDI showing that for every policy we had previously written for Tires To You, LLC, the complainant had submitted a written request to bind coverage, paid a downpayment and signed other applications.  This is an industry standard for agents to bind coverage.No such request or payments were submitted to our agency in the situation detailed by Mr. [redacted] and in fact another agent had already quoted workers compensation coverage for Tires To You, LLC.  More information can be found on the Texas Department of Insurance website at http://www.[redacted].gov/[redacted]/icis/[redacted].html

We at Inspire are sorry you had a bad experience. We work hard every day to provide excellent customer service.Unfortunately, a request to bind insurance coverage was never received by our agency. We have to have a written request to bind coverage which could have been submitted at any time...

in the three weeks since you received the quote.We understand how being left uncovered is a horrible feeling when something goes wrong which is why we recommend needed coverages to our customers. We are very glad that your company now has workers comp coverage. Thank you for your business with us and best wishes for your continued success.
