I would not buy from them or recommend that anyone else does. I have several kids that all had amber necklaces from a different brand. The necklaces lasted each child 3-5 years before breaking. I buy from inspired by finn and one week of use and it is broken by a baby too young to yank or pull on it yet. They are giving me a difficult time with warranty and I will never buy from them again or recommend them. A company should honor and stand by their product, not try make the process extra difficult. If you offer a warranty HONOR IT.
