Inspired By Him

I brought my daughter to "Inspired By Him," an unlicensed daycare in Ewa Beach. This is a couple who runs the daycare out of their home, along with their children who help. There has been several issues that came up since we enrolled our daughter with them in November 2018, but I am complaining about a financial issue. The day care has us provide payment for the following month on the 25th of the prior month. So we paid for March 2020 day care services, on February 25th 2020. Our daughter got sick over the weekend and we advised the daycare we would not be bringing her in on Monday 3/2/2020. I updated the day care saying she has an ear infection and would be keeping her home again on Tuesday 3/3/2020. On 3/3/2020 I updated the daycare saying that my daughter is better and will be returning on Wednesday 3/4/2020. The wife that runs the daycare, Kristy, messaged me back advising that we would need to provide doctors note for clearance. I messaged her back that I have a note from the doctor and will bring it in the morning. Kristy then messaged me back to advise that in the contract they have the discretion to refuse our daughter. Her husband Tydon then spoke to us to advise that even though we have a doctors note, we need to keep her home for up to 5 days. We where never informed of this! After everything, we decided not to have our daughter go back to the daycare. I messaged Kristy advising our daughter won't be returning, and we need our money back for March, since we never received services for March, and they pre-collect money on the 25th and cash our checks immediately. They refused advising we need notice. I would like their entire daycare to be investigated because they have done several of things wrong that was not in their contract, and they are not licensed, and have about 18-20 kids they are watching in their household. And we need our money back for services never rendered.
