Watch with a 1 year waterproof warranty failed at 4 months, company refuses to honor the warranty.
On 4/27/19, I ordered a watch. The online advertised the watch as waterproof.
On 5/11/19 I received the watch, IgoGoldan order #***, Transaction ID.
On 9/3/19 I was wearing the watch playing water volleyball in 3ft of water and the watch stopped working.
On 9/28/19, I emailed IGoGoldan support and asked for a refund or replacement.
On 9/29/19 I recevied a reply stating the watch is no longer under the warranty period, signed ***. I replied back immediately stating the owner book and ad page show 12 month warranty, and attached a screenshot of the ad page. On 10/9/19 I emailed again that I would not leave a good review as there had been no response.
0n 10/11/19 they replied offering a 20% discount. I replied asking if they were refusing to honor the warranty. He replied back stating the watch was out of warranty period. I opened a dispute on paypal for the item.
On 10/28/19 I received an email that they had escalated the case to a QA team and needed me to close the case on Paypal to get a replacement for the watch. On 10/30/19 I replied after this much time, I wanted a refund.
On 11/4/19 they offered a replacement or gift card of $55. to purchase anything from their website. I replied a replacement would be fine and I would check it to be waterproof immediately on receipt as I wanted a watch that is waterproof and can swim with.They replied the watch is waterproof but they don't recommend swimming with it, and recommended a different watch that was not as attractive.I replied I did not want the other one, and if the watch was not warranted for a year to be waterproof, to send me a refund.
On 12/2/19 I emailed again as I had not received a refund, replacement or reply email.
on 12/3/19 They replied they would send an escalation to the shipping company.
On 2/19/2020 I emailed again inquiring on the status, they responded that the order had been sent, however the tracking number they attached was "XXX". I asked for clarification and they sent me tracking # ***, which was the original order in April/May 2019.
I emailed 2/21/20 stating that with no response.
On 2/23/20 I emailed I was still waiting for response.
On 2/24/20 They responded there seemed to be a problem with the shipping company and they would resend the item to me. I replied yes, please resend.
On 2/25/20 they responded they would reship immediately and I would receive a tracking # in a few days.
Today on 3/6/20 I emailed that I think they are just stringing me along until I forget the watch was not functional. I requested a response by Tuesday March 10.

I originally asked them for a cash refund, and then was willing to settle for a replacement, however this has gone on for almost 9 months now, and I am nearing a year on this purchase. To me this is false advertisement and fraud by not returning my money or replacing the item. I have attached a download of the emails I have sent and received. All correspondence has been on this thread.

I am requesting the business refund my complete purchase price of the product.

Desired Outcome

I would like a complete refund of the purchase price of the Watch, $49.50 through Paypal as that is how I paid. I purchased a product from this company and they refuse to stand by the return policy.I
I purchased a watch online with the company that shares the address of Pet Clever. I purchased it on Sept 7, 2019. On 9-7-19 I received 2 emails from their support team. One was to confirm the purchase, and one stating that they were getting the order together. Order number ***. I contacted them to find out when I could expect delivery on 9-30-19. On XX-X-XX an email explained that they were having technical issues and they would be on track soon. I received the watch on Nov 4, 2019 and I requested information to return the product on Nov. 6th 2019. Nov. 6, 2019 I received an email stating that I couldn't return the watch. On Nov 17,2019 I requested information to return the watch and on Nov 18, 2019 was told I could not return the watch. On XX-XX-XX I contacted the company by email that I was going to contact the Revdex.com. In Nov I also sent an email reminding them of their return policy. I sent them a copy of the return policy that was on their website and the order page.I Just want my money back.

on Sept 7, 2019.Contact persons thru ***@igogoldan.com ***, *** and ***, Customer Service Manager at I Go Goldan. Both listed with the address of I Go Goldan LLC, *** #XXXXX, ***, Florida. I am sending this information to Alabama Revdex.com because the address clicked with that state when I searched it. The name switched to a Pet store.Thank you for any help you can give me.

Desired Outcome

I would like a refund and this point I would like to donate the watch to a worthy cause.

It seems like the customer is confused between our company and another company from which the customer bought from.

We do not have Order number GO6359 (or any order that starts with GO) in our system.

We have searched for ***@att.net and
*** name in our records and we did not find any.

If the customer still feels that we sold it we encourage the customer to contact us at ***@petclever.net and provide us with the name and/or email ID and/or any electronic notification from us used to purchase the product from us, and we will be more than happy to assist this customer.

Note: To Revdex.com we have two instances of these type of complaints so please be helpful to us by not putting this under our name and if possible remove these here so we're not not suffering due to these cases of mistaken identity. Thanks.

I understand that the company at the address mentioned may not be the same one that I have the complaint with. Companies change addresses all the time. This is the address that was on the information that the company sent to me. When I placed my complaint to the Revdex.com this is the only company that was listed for the address of I Go Goldan LLC, *** #XXXXX, ***,FL XXXXX. If this is truly not the company that I worked with I am sorry but this is the address that was used for the Customer Service Management of the I Go Goldan LLC.

Thank you for understanding it seems like Revdex.com records are not up to date.

To Revdex.com, please correct this as is not us (Pet Clever) but another business (I Go Golden).

I ordered a watch from I Go Goldan LLC owner Jerson Mellizo on line with my credit card. they got their money but never sent the watch.
I ordered a watch on line with I Go Goldan LLC paid with my credit card received my bill from my credit card but never received the watch. I tried numerous times to contact them through E-mail but have not heard back. I found some reviews on Facebook none of which were good. I believe this co. is a scam.

Desired Outcome

I would like a refund of 39.84

The company I have issues with is called I go gouldan the sell watches and have the same address as the pet store apparently.The complaint was against I go gouldan
