I am contacting you because I have purchased $2,worth of websites from Inspyre, two websites to be exact, one for a church organization and another for my businessIn the beginning, they were corjual and did a very good job on the sites and they did not give me much reason to question their integrity because they got my return businessThen last year in December I found it hard to get a hold of them and it took them over two weeks to return a callAt that time, I expressed my dismay and they apologized and I let it slide
Unfortunately, in June they sent me an email stating I needed to update my credit card information because it was declinedI contacted them to see what was going on because I was certain the card was okI called and did not get a return call backI waited and tried again and I have called at least times and sent many emails and even used their back office for customers to send requests for a return callI did not receive any acknowledgment or calls back
I waited two months with no response then I went on Facebook as my last straw and tried to friend request the owner Victor Kand he never accepted my friend requestAfter than I liked their Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/inspyreinc?fref=ts) for business and realized that they had not posted much on the page in over two yearsI thought this was a bit awkward because a website company should have a lot more posts since they are a marketing companySince doing business with them, they have never had a person to answer the phone just an automated answering service which state's that they are area busy making beautiful websites and they will get back to me soon
In August, I went back to view the Facebook page and I saw that they started to post recently and they were doing it every dayI like the page and ended up making comments on the web page saying "Why can't I get a phone call back from the company?" I did not get any response so I went back to the post and found them deleted(I wish I would have took a screen shot because they are gone now.) I did that for a few days and each time no response and the messages were deletedThen I went the route of an instant message through Facebook "Victor" actually responded and said I will call you soonThat phone call I have never receivedI made more comments on the website and then they ended up blocking me from making posts
I am trying to make a long story short, so I have $worth of websites that I have no access to that they host and I cannot make adjustments if I needed to
I am writing this review because I am tired of people getting away with poor business practice's and I hope someone will read this before doing business with this company
