Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 15, 2015/12/09) */ ***Document Attached [redacted] Mr [redacted] purchased a vehicle from Insta Auto Solutions on October 9th which was a [redacted] VIN#avXXXXXX Mr [redacted] requested that I sell the vehicle at a rate lower than what it was posted on [redacted] I respectfully declined as we have not thoroughly inspected the vehicle and was not sure what the shop costs would be The conversation we had, was if the vehicle came back with NO WORK I would be able to scratch a little bit off the price of the vehicle for them but wouldn't know until I got the shop bill from the mechanic Upon inspection of the vehicle, the vehicle required $in work to be completed, which was nowhere near expectedI told Eric that I would not be able to work out a deal on the car, and would attempt to send him the shop bill A bill did not come through in a timely manner, the bill was misplaced by the shop at the time of the request We requested the break down a few more times, but today is when the bill was finally sent to us A complaint has since been filed against Insta Auto Solutions, which was something that is unfortunately out of our hands at this point As you will see from the complaint filed, they are happy with their vehicle, have signed off on a full safety inspection showing everything was satisfactory to the mechanical fitness assessment standards that are set out by AMVICthey have no other complaints other than us not providing the break down of the work We do not normally provide customers with shop bill break downs as it is not part of our processOnce The mechanical Fitness inspection is signed off by the customer it is assumed that they are happy with the purchase, and no further action is neededNow to see that Mr Brouseau has filled a complaint is upsetting since we have done everything in our power to make him happyWe even arranged for a delivery to accommodate him We finally got a copy of the bill from the mechanic which shows the breakdown of the work completed here it is attached Initial Consumer Rebuttal / [redacted] (2000, 17, 2015/12/10) */ (The consumer indicated he/she ACCEPTED the response from the business.) I respectfully declined as we have not thoroughly inspected the vehicle and was not sure what the shop costs would be.

The conversation we had, was if the vehicle came back with NO WORK I would be able to scratch a little bit off the price of the vehicle for them but wouldn't know until I got the shop bill from the mechanic.
Upon inspection of the vehicle, the vehicle required $725.90 in work to be completed, which was nowhere near expected. I told Eric that I would not be able to work out a deal on the car, and would attempt to send him the shop bill.
A bill did not come through in a timely manner, the bill was misplaced by the shop at the time of the request.
We requested the break down a few more times, but today is when the bill was finally sent to us.
A complaint has since been filed against Insta Auto Solutions, which was something that is unfortunately out of our hands at this point.

Well, I do accept this because this is what we have been asking for the last 2 months. The car might have pass [redacted] safety inspection but has a smart buyer, it is nice to know what was needed to be repaired when we purchased the car for future reference for our own knowledge and safety.
We didn't ask for the moon, simply what was done on our car. Nothing else. Quite disappointed that we had to go through Revdex.com to finally get the answers that we wanted to get, but it was worth it. Without Revdex.com, we wouldn't have received anything because obviously this company doesn't really care about customer service. And they had to go through 2 deadline from Revdex.com to finally get what we simply asked for.

We even explained to her that if she still has further issues she is free to come by and trade in her vehicle. I truly believe that our dealership has went above and beyond to try to accommodate ** to the point of undue hardship. If she is still unhappy she is welcome to trade in the vehicle. First off I haven't owned the truck for 8 months , the bank told me 6 months was December. So it is 7 months this month January. And I was told the truck had no mechanical problems [redacted] I was never told that I could exchange my truck for a different vehicle, they told me it was my problem . So no I am not happy with there response to me. [redacted]
