For our Customer Order # [redacted] Orders for the Velco Belts we're on back orderAnd we informed this customer about the order being on back order and once item was sent out they'll get notification when there item was sent outCustomer was fine with it and called on the for a follow up on her order because she hasn't heard anythingWe offered the customer a complimentary tea for the delay on Velcro belts and how they were out of stockCustomer denied and asked for her order to be canceled which her order was canceled on 5/and customer $was refunded the same day

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: The response given by the company was fabricated The only truth in their email was the refund I received The process did not happen like they are stating and the dates are not correct with my order and response I ordered my product on Sunday, June 18th They stated my order was canceled on May 30th, which is a lieI provided a screenshot of my original order Also, when I ordered the product online, the site stated the product was IN STOCK, not BACK ORDER If I never called them on the 28th, I would've never known they didn't have any products in So they only informed me of no product when I called and refused to give me a refundThey only offered to send me the product as soon as it was in After I was persistent, they told me a manager would call to help me, which NEVER happened They NEVER offered me complimentary tea Honestly, I had no idea they sold tea I WASN'T FINE with my order being on so called "back order" because I asked for a refund as soon as the sales associate informed me that she that they didn't have any products available I also noticed when I went back to add the emails as my proof, Allison (or whoever) altered one of my emails so that it would match up to the time frame of her response in the event I complained I added all of the proof in my pictures It seems like they are doing everything they can to cover their tracks with their bad business practices Even though I received a refund AFTER sending the final email, which I included as proof, their response is unprofessional and a blatant lieI have nothing to gain from fabricating my encounter, especially since I received my money back I just want them to be investigated, especially since my email was altered illegally and the dates they provided and fake offer were both lies I was NOT refunded the same day as they claimed either It took days to get this resolved on 6/30/ Regards, [redacted]

I am rejecting this response because:
The response given by the company was fabricated.  The only truth in their email was the refund I received.  The process did not happen like they are stating and the dates are not correct with my order and response.  I ordered my product on Sunday, June 18th.  They stated my order was canceled on May 30th, which is a lie.
