Hello... So my story begins with me trying some new things. I went online looking for some new alternatives to shaping my figure I stumbled across a business name InstaCruve. On sale everything looked like a new idea to try. So I proceeded to read through my choice and then found a item I wanted to try out. Bought it received it and then I noticed apon getting it I got the wrong size that's ok though I can send it back and exchange it. So reading over what to do so I can exchange it was told I would pay shipping a little upset agreed to, then ask if they will be paying for the shipping back to me was told no! What the heck thought to my self well I got free shipping when they first sent it cool but send it back I have to pay ok I thought, but finding out that I will pay again for it to be sent to me is **! So my experience with this business is foul, upsetting and truly discussed with a business that is promoting fitness ect! Would double wamy you! So please for anyone ordering offline and want excellent customer care this site is not one of them !
