Thank you for contacting us regarding this complaint. We are aware of this complainant and have communicated directly with him in writing, dated Sep 7, 2015. However, we would like to present additional facts that were not revealed...

Customer contacted us on May 29, 2014 for tech support and agreed to pay us $299.99 for 1 full year of Tech Support Plan. We presented all of relevant disclaimers of the nature of our business, Terms and Conditions and Refund Policy were fully disclosed. Customer was satisfied with the service provided on the date. Please be aware that this contract was in effect until May 29, 2015 upon which it automatically expired.
Fast forward, customer contacted us in writing, dated Aug 20, 2015, alleging that we had called him in July of 2015 promising a full refund. We fully investigated internally and determined that this was not the case. Additionally, we have very strict policy against Outbound Calls from our call-center. We reminded customer in our response dated Sep 7, 2015 that we do not call customers for refund and the only way refund can be considered is, when customer calls us or writes to us on our support email making explicit requests. In the absence of further proof, only logical explanation that we could provide in our response was that there may have been internet crooks, imposing themselves as Insta Geeks Help rep and tried to gain access to their PC in the disguise of offering a refund. W have attached our official response for your review.
In lieu of the further information provided, we reiterate that the refund of $299.99 is not due, because the annual service contract that customer signed with us was expired.
A further issue customer has raised is that we also charged him $699.95 for more lifetime support, which is not true. We appreciate that customer shared their Credit Card Bill showing a charge of $699.95 dated Jun 4, 2014 from a company so called, Global Access Tech. However, we do not recognize this company and have no working relationship with them in any manner or form. We advised customer to pursue refund matter of $699.95 directly wit the 3rd party.
