They charged my card after I canceled my order they only refunded me half and they have attempted to charged my card twice since.
I ordered two trials of instahealing and undereye cream on may 17th two weeks later I get a notification from my bank that they tried to charge me 88.31 so I email them on the 26th I believe explained the situation and told them to cancel whatever they were trying to do with my card I get a confirmation of cancel then two days later they charge me again for 88.31 and it goes thru so I call them and tell them to refund the 88.31 and delete my card number they will only refund half . Then on the 29th I get a notification that they tried running my card again for 88.31 thank the Lord my card was locked . Then I wake up this morning may 31st and they have tried to run my card again for 88.31 . They are crooks and scammers I believe . Please help.

Desired Outcome

I want my other half of my money sent back and my debit card deleted and not charged from their system

To whom it may concern,

Upon further review of Mr. account, we can confirm that he is cancelled out and agreed to a partial refund rather than a return on our recorded line on May 23, 2020. Once a refund is issued on the account, it is marked as resolved because the return was declined.

I do not accept their response I want the other half of my refund back. They are liars I received another attempted charge on my account two weeks after they sent me 44$ there business is a scan please give me back my money and delete my card number permenantely. I am in the process of having another debit card sent to me because they keep trying to pull 88 something from my card approximately every two weeks.

After reviewing Mr. ***'s complaint, we want to apologize for any confusion he may have had when he placed his order. We offer a trial period for our products, where we allow our customers to try our full 30 day supply for only the cost of shipping and handling for a trial period. Once the trial period expires, if not cancelled, you are billed the retail price of the product you received. Upon reviewing Mr. account, it looks like he purchased his Bioviterra Serum product trial on 5/1/2020 - and once the trial period ended, Mr. card was billed the retail price of the products he received. Mr. called into our Customer Support Team on 5/23/2020 to inquire about the charges on his account. We have cancelled his account with us and he accepted a 50% refund of $44.14. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refunds to post in the account where the funds were debited. Customer service is very important to us and we understand the inconvenience this may have caused. We are committed to providing our customers with the best service and apologize for any inconvenience. We hope this resolves Mr. concern.

The thing is I cancelled before a charge ever went thru I have emails cancelling before charges had come out of my account and after I was sent cancelation of the products y'all continued attempting to pull funds from my account multiple times and even after y'all told me I'd get half of the payment back y'all tried pulling funds out y'all are a scam I have screenshots and dates of y'all pulling funds after it was supposed to be cancelled . Y'all are liars and fraudulent. In a situation like this where y'all have done all this shady stuff you should give me every dime back. But I guess if u actually did the right thing your company would not survive . I hope it gets out that y'all are a scam and can not be trusted .

I first ordered your product for a "sample", was supposed to pay postage "only" in the amount of $13.90. I was billed the entire amount of$176.59 twic
when I first ordered the product it was for a "sample", where I was supposed to pay postage "only" in the amount of $13.90. However, I was never charged the postage, instead I was charged the full purchase price on May 1st in the amount of $176.59, see below, and again on May 30th, another $176.59, see below. That's $353.18 dollars that was charged to my account, unauthorized and should have only been $13.90 for postage. I never checked on anything to authorize a subscription. When I cancelled the subscription, June 8, 2019, the operator insisted that I had subscribed, even when I continuously explained that was not the case. I didn't return the first "sample" because the operator told me I couldn't return anything over 30 days old. Which was quite a surprise seeing how I never thought I'd purchased anything other than the "sample", as advertised.

I returned the second shipment and accidently discarded my tracking number. I don't know if I'm going to receive a response from the post office, and what I do know is that I still have the original "sample" that I ordered in April. I don't use the product because it doesn't work. And what's more interesting, I see where the Revdex.com has received a number of similar complaints about your company. I would be completely satisfied if they would reimburse me for the authorized amount of $339.28, which is the full amount of $353.18 minus the original postage I thought I was to pay of $13.90.

Desired Outcome

Reimbursement of the unauthorized dollar amount of $339.28 which is the total of the 2 shipments at the cost of $176.59 each, less the postage of $13.90.

The reimbursement amount I previously sent was incorrect, should be $353.18 because they did also charge the postage of $13.90. What's my option if business doesn't respond to Revdex.com or me?
