I am the Trustee for *** *** He has been an Inpatient for dual care issues since January 15, 2017, the last months in Arizona
Most recently he has been at Viewpoint Dual Recovery CenterI have been in regular contact with his therapist and was told that Alex would be there for quite some time on or about December (I can get the phone records for the exact date and time) as he could not be discharged to a group home for lower level care until he got a job and had saved $ His therapist, Billy ***, told me they were still getting his documents necessary and that this was a big emotional step in his recovery His bill for the month was due on the 16th so I paid $9,based on that conversation
On December 19, I had phone calls come to my cell phone (which had died and I didn't notice due to illness)I had repeatedly given my home number for emergenciesThe messages stated by Mr*** that he believed it was in Alex's best interest to be moved

As a "client" of Viewpoint Dual Recovery Center for an extremely long period of time, I was treated with very little dignityThe disregard for my sexuality was uncalled for and highly inappropriateMy HIPPA rights were violated multiple times
1)"House managers" who are not authorized to dispense medication to "clients" were doing so without any authorization or training
2)Blatantly disclosing personal medical information of myself to other clients and to their coworkers
3)The use of personal mobile devices among the staff to communicate about clients medical information
4)"House managers" Leaving medication records out in the open where prying eyes are able to view them
