INSTALL GROUP TECHNOLOGY SOLUTIONS

Review: Purchased a Lorex 4 channel security system and hired the Install Group technology and solutions for labor to install them,I contracted them for the labor for installing 4 cameras on the roof,on the four corners of my home.I was informed, I had the following warranty listed below for the price listed below by [redacted] B ettis marketing agent I contracted with the Install Group representative. The manufacturer Lorex provided me with a defective product and I need the Install group to remove the defective camera and replace it with the new camera I received this week. All calls and emails to [redacted] have went ignored these are the technicians for this group. No one has returned any of my calls or emails, if they aren't going to honor their motto and contract then they should refund my $959.00 plus tax and provide me a stpend. The camera that shows pictures of the front of my home is defective, flickering and is of substandard quality. All I am asking for is the technician to replace the defective camera with the new HD camera less wich is than a 15 minute job for a professional who knows what they are doing.
