Jordan Concrete was scheduled to come out to give me an estimate of replacing a driveway, walkway, porch and patio He called me hour before his arrival time to say, "he got a late start this morning and he needed to reschedule the estimate." I said I understood So, we rescheduled for days later same time Well, he did not show, nor did he call me I called minutes past appttime and got his voicemail, left a message for him to call me It is now the next day early afternoon and I still have not received a phone call Inconsiderate to potential customers, the property is approxminutes from my residence I will not hesitate to share my experience or lack thereof, with this company
I met with *** (the owner) prior to the work being done and I felt quite comfortable with him I also later learned from a buddy of mine that he had also previously recommended *** and his company Jordan Concrete to me *** was very knowledgeable about concrete and it's characteristics and he explained and provided me a contract of exactly what he would do after I told him what I wanted and my future plans for the patio *** called and set an appointment whereas I met him at my house before he and his workers began the work Everything was laid out one day and was completed the next He also included a design in the slab that my wife loves *** also put in top soil where his Bobcat had to travel over to deliver the concrete to my backyard I am very happy with the way the slab turned out and very happy with Jordan Concrete, so much so, that I asked for a referral for a contractor to install the patio cover which he graciously provided You can't lose with this company!
Jordan Concrete poured a driveway extension for us so that we could back up onto it and pull out forward to the street Rob Jordan and each of his guys were all polite and made sure I was satisfied with the projectThey took pride in doing their job and in making sure it was done properly I also noticed that one of his guys that is a smoker didn't toss his cigarette butts on the ground and leave them (personal pet peeve) It's a small thing, but that impressed me
Rob explained that the concrete needed a week to cure before driving on it His crew left cones in place to make sure I didn't damage the new area They returned in a timely manner and finished up re-settling the dirt around the finished edges It looks great
After making several calls to various contractors, the owner of Jordan Concrete met with us on the tear down and replacement of a retaining wall and installing a circle concrete driveway Of the estimates, Jordan Concrete was the most expensive however, by the same token, it was the most thorough and professional The owner even offered us suggestions on how to keep our costs low (by having us order the brick/block rather than him ordering it) As well, he was very responsive to our questions The project was complete in a quicker manner than we anticipated (although he wouldn't commit to us when he would have it done, we figured since it was a big project, it would take quite a bit of time especially with the wet weather) but when they could work, they did His workers every day at the end of the day would clean up and keep the mess contained The quality and professionalism was above reproach and I would highly recommend his services to anyone!
Rob, the owner & his crew were very professional & detailed. We had a new driveway & walkway poured due to poor insulation by the builder 12 years ago. Jordan Concrete did a beautiful job. Way much better than the builder. Neighbors are stopping by to tell us how nice it looks & to inquire about Jordan Concrete. I highly recommend them to anyone.
Jordan Concrete was hired to replace a driveway behind one building and several sidewalk sections. They were very professional, punctual, and the quality of work was excellent. I would highly recommend them to others.
This company gave a great price for the removal of all concrete from the driveway(18'X64'), stone planter on concrete base (2' X 1.5' x 30'). and concrete porch (10' X 25') and the installation of fibermesh concrete to all of the areas where the old concrete stood.
Workmanship was superb, their cleanup left no work for the customer, but to admire the results.
I would refer this company to anybody that needs concrete service. They deserve a AAA+ rating or what ever the highest rating there is.
Had a sidewalk torn up and replaced with a dyed pattern top design. Workmanship was excellent and service was timely and top right the first time. The owner was always available for questions and was very easy to work with.
